Excepcional hotel de lujo en el corazón del Valle de Yosemite. Es un hotel histórico, que abrió sus puertas en 1927. Su arquitectura deliberadamente rústica, hecha principalmente de piedra y madera, se combina perfectamente con la naturaleza circundante. El ambiente es de diseño, con inspiración tanto en el Art Decó como en los nativos americanos. Merece la pena visitar el hotel, no necesariamente para alojarse en él, sino simplemente para disfrutar del ambiente en el salón de té, el bar o la tienda de recuerdos.

$600 for an off-season room haha.. Way to take advantage of the human connection to nature and profit off of the earth.

Rip off. This review is based on a major failure to meet some minnimum expectation of this supposed high class place. The website describes “elegance”. Nope. Im a simple guy, and never have high expectations, but come on. At least make it look like you are trying. The rooms were just “ok”. However, you would think for $800 a night that there would be clean bathrooms, furniture without holes, and maybe nice towels or something. The bar kitchen took 40 minutes to get a brownie out one night. 40 minutes for a breakfast burrito and served dry pastries. $30/night for Valet. Lame. Ive stayed in Yosemite nearly 20 times over the years and always dreamed of one day being able to live it up at this place. Just felt like the whole experience was a huge rip off.

SMELLS VERY NICE! great service there, saw a couple of deers walking about while i walked along the medow.

We didn't have reservations, but that didn't prevent us from entering the lobby and appreciating the ambiance and breathtaking views.
