Situado en una calle tranquila, en un barrio bien comunicado por el transporte público, cerca del metro y de la estación que lleva a la zona "Oriente" o "Parque das Nações", este es un hotel moderno de 120 habitaciones y 5 suites cómodas, 2 de ellas con terraza panorámica y 2 familiares, con acceso a Internet gratis - Wifi, TV-LCD, teléfono, mini bar y caja fuerte. Hay dos habitaciones adaptadas para recibir personas discapacitadas y 4 habitaciones pueden comunicarse entre ellas. La decoración íntima de las habitaciones contrasta con la modernidad del edificio, ya que la principal preocupación aquí es la comodidad. Aunque el hotel se encuentra fuera del centro histórico, disfruta del entorno agradable de un barrio central más moderno, entre la plaza de la arena del Campo Pequeno, apreciada por su centro comercial y sus restaurantes con terraza y el Museo Gulbenkian con su parque, un oasis de vegetación. Buena ubicación y una opción cómoda.

Mic dejun foarte sarac. Acelas meniu in fiecare dimineata. Daca vii dupa 0730, nu mai gasesti mai nimic. Mai stai si in coada sa primesti un loc la masa. Patul comfortabil. baile au nevoie de improspatare.

Okay so I don't like to normally leave negative reviews but I couldn't bear to let this one go by. My wife and I recently spent two nights at this hotel. The hotel and staff are for the most part wonderful. The problem we had was with the rooms climate control or lack of it. When we arrived and were assigned our room only to find the room very warm. While trying to make adjustments to the temperature in the room it seemed it only got warmer. Called the front desk and ask them how to correct this problem and the desk clerk explained to me that there was no cool air that night because it had been cool outside. Okay so what are your guests supposed to do when it's 30° inside the room and you can't make any changes? Essentially was told to deal with it. Well for the first night we dealt with it with the window wide open so as to ensure the street noise blasting all night. So the following morning I politely asked if there was anything that was going to change and they said yes there was going to be air conditioning that evening. Early in the evening it seemed like cooler air was coming through the vent in the room however by around 23:00 it started to get warm again. Nice staff, nice hotel sleeping conditions in the room were awful!

Room had no tea or coffee making facilities. Room was too hot, told that the heating/aircon is set to hot by the company and it can't be changed yet, still on winter setting, it was 24 degrees outside for the 3 days we stayed! Breakfast seemed OK, no bowls on first visit, asked for one, and that seemed like an odd thing. I'm not sure the team at breakfast understood. the food was limited but fine. Other reception teams were very helpful, overall not a 4-star hotel!
