Hotel-boutique con balcón situado en el corazón de Plaka en Atenas.
Este edificio neoclásico, recientemente renovado por completo, fue construido en 1936. Es uno de los primeros hoteles de la capital y presume de ser el primero con ascensor... Las habitaciones con aire acondicionado son más bien pequeñas pero limpias, decoradas con sencillez, y algunas tienen un pequeño balcón que resulta agradable en los meses de verano. Bien situado, cerca de la plaza Monastiraki, este hotel es una buena opción a precios muy razonables. Las habitaciones dobles tienen un baño con ducha. Secador de pelo. TV. Caja de seguridad.

Good: location. The location is excellent. Close to both Syntagma and Monastiriki with everything in between. Rooms are clean and have AC.
Bad/can be improved: there is a restaurant just next to it and it's looooud til about 2 am every single day. There is also cars driving outside at high speed 24/7 which makes noise. There is no sound isolation at all in the hotel so you will hear everything. We had trouble sleeping. Bring earplugs or noise cancellation earphones.
Breakfast started at 7, but not everything was served at 7. The days we were going out of town to Delphi, Mycene and Meteora with daytrips we were gonna eat early. We went there to 7 but only few things was served.
Ventilation does not really exist so the air in the room gets really bad and, because of the sound issue you can't have the balcony door open.
There are no English speaking tv channels to watch.
There are restaurants nearby, but not really any shop where you can buy snacks and water.
By far the biggest issue is the noise problem. We lost so much sleep over it, which affected our entire trip.
