Durante años, este hotel ha sabido fidelizar a una cierta clientela a la que le gusta encontrarse por su ambiente cálido. Las habitaciones, reformadas, ofrecen un confort apreciable para una buena relación calidad-precio. Son luminosas y presentan tonos pastel. Además, las dobles y las gemelas han sido renovadas recientemente. El desayuno se sirve en un bonito salón gris anémico y naranja. El hotel cuenta con un bar y un salón acogedor con una decoración cuidada, donde se puede tomar café en el día o aperitivo antes de una despedida nocturna.

Eiffel Turenne was a great hotel for my recent three day stay in Paris. I booked a single, and my room was small but well organized and extremely clean. I had everything I needed, even a kettle and coffee service, which I did not expect for such a small room. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. I will definitely consider this hotel next time I am in Paris, and I recommend it to other travelers because of the excellent staff, very clean rooms, and reasonable price.

We’ve been to Paris before and know that hotel rooms can be very small, but these were really really tiny even for Paris. The biggest issue, however, was that on the second night of our stay, the hot water in the hotel turned off for several hours, and we were unable to shower before dinner after a full day of walking around the city. No satisfying compensation or refund was given, just shrugged shoulders and a bad attitude.

The hotel is very well located, close to multiple amenities, landmarks, metro and bus. The staff were very nice and the room was clean and good despite very small.
