Beers (Modelo) in a can are $130 mxp + tip, one of the highest prices in Tulum 2024. Beach club has minimum consumption of $600 mxp plus $100 mxp all prepaid upon arrival for lounge chairs. Large beds have higher charges, restaurant has no minimum. Receipt required to exit parking from restaurant, otherwise $200-$300 mxp parking. Drinks were good-average, service was helpful. Not a super fun vibe with the pressure to prepay, not common in Tulum beach clubs. Dogs allowed with leash.

Really sad to say the staff here is totally dishonest. I had several different billing experiences that didn’t add up, staff always feigned confusion… something is amiss. I would not leave personal property unattended. I would ask for prices up front as many items changed price wildly from person to person. At one point, the same mezcal drink cost me 40p, 200p, 230p, and then 400p. In a two hour window. When asked for the bill, someone told me there is no “button” on the computer to accurately reflect a mezcal on the rocks (!!!) so I’m charged the price of a margarita and then was told the margarita I was charged for several times were different based on who was working. So why do I owe $2000p for 6 drinks? Lol this place is truly wild. Buyer beware.

My phone was stolen on the premises by one of the staff members. I hate that I have to write this because I have traveled to Mexico half a dozen times and this is the first time I’ve had anything stolen and only have had positive experiences.

After I checked into my room I immediately noticed my phone was missing. I had it in my hand on the way up to my room and I was in the middle of making travel arrangements with a friend so the time frame the phone went missing was very short. I could not find it after the staff left. I had my ipad and I was able to activate Find My IPhone and see that the phone remained on the property for two hours before traveling into downtown tulum and then Cancun.

I immediately spoke to the front desk who said they would ask the staff and tell the manager which they never did. They didn’t even help me look for it even though it was activating a signal from right next to the checkin desk. Coincidence? I think not.

After several attempts to contact management I finally got in touch with Jose who did nothing but gaslight me, lie and try to manipulate me. Then said the police will come after I file a police report which is a lie, impossible to file a report in Tulum let alone get police to care about non violent crime.

Overall the workers and management are completely dishonest. If you stay here be really careful of your belongings.
