Super 6 days at Paradise Cove. Service from all staff is excellent and very attentive. Food is very good and portions are large. Rooms are spotless and individual check out rooms with own shower and where your bags are locked for the day (with your own key) is great.
Lots of sun-beds all day in various places over the resort
Don’t come here if you want a natural beach but I loved sitting by the infinity pool overlooking the ocean and regular drinks being bought.
Finally the watermelon martinis are fantastic.

Mes chambres sont spacieuses, décorées avec goût.
Nous avions une vue magnifique sur le cove.
Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incomparable et ils se cassent la tête pour vous aider.
Nous y étions pour notre voyage de noce, les attentions étaient bien parfaites.
L'endroit est magnifiques, avec vue sur l'océan indien.
Ma nourriture est délicieuse, le service à table impeccable !
Bref, nous y retournerons !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Paradise Cove Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Alle waren sehr aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen und die Getränke waren ausgewogen und von toller Qualität. Es gibt ein großartiges Angebot an Aktivitäten und Unterhaltung (täglich Live-Musik, Tennis, Fitness, Fahrradausflüge, Bootstouren, Schnorcheln, etc).

Traumhaft. Man kann nichts anderes sagen. Die Anlage, das Zimmer, das Personal und das Essen einfach wunderbar. Vor allem das Essen. Die Auswahl und Qualität im Dining Room unschlagbar. Auch dir anderen Restaurants konnten überzeugen. Auch an regnerischen Tagen kann man sich vergnügen. Die Behandlungen im Spa waren ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Verschiedene Pools und Liegemöglichkeiten laden zum Relaxen ein. Ein traumhafter Urlaub im Paradis! Zu 100% empfohlen

We stayed at paradise cove for a special birthday and it was made special by all staff at paradise cove indeed! The stunning hotel is situated in a beautiful location, North of the island. We were greeted by friendly staff after a long haul flight and all features of the hotel were explained and showed to us. Our room was perfect and clean with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff catered to our needs and made us feel at home, so much so that we did not want to leave the hotel. All managers were super friendly and made this holiday one to remember! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely be returning in the near future!

Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel gave us an unforgettable experience for our Wedding/Honeymoon! From the moment we arrived, walking into literal paradise, the management and staff made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful - everything looks and feels luxurious…you will end up not wanting to leave. The rooms are stunning. The food and drinks are exceptional. Every view is a delight!
You are spoilt for choice with the four pools and four restaurants. With only 75 rooms, it means that any area you are in doesn't ever feel crowded and you always have a great spot to relax in. The water sports available to book were fun and something we really enjoyed.
The customer service is second to none.
Throughout our stay the staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and making sure we enjoyed every moment spent at the hotel. On our Wedding Day, Sandhya and her team were very attentive. Every detail was taken care of for us. They went above and beyond which we cannot thank them enough for. They made our Wedding Day truly special and for that we are so grateful. We have the best memories of the day.
From the hair and make up artist to the photographer and videographer, they are all excellent at what they do!
Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel is somewhere you have to visit - we highly recommend it! We are so happy that we chose this to be our wedding venue.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon at the beginning of October 23. We were so tired after our flight, but as soon as we passed through reception we were blown away by the views and everything that Paradise Cove had to offer. The food was absolutely stunning, not a single complaint about any dish and the service was impeccable. There was such a huge selection of food and drinks in all bars and restaurants, all to the same high standard. There are several pools, along with the sea right at the centre of the hotel, lots of water activities, we enjoyed paddle boarding and the catamaran trip which included an amazing snorkelling experience just off the nearby island! Our room was lovely, with great views of the cove, air conditioned and kept so tidy for us every day. The Peninsula bar, restaurant and the views was a particular highlight for us, the fresh seafood was amazing, and the views of the sea and nearby island just made it perfect. Our stay was faultless, we would highly recommend visiting and we hope to visit again for an anniversary!

On a réservé cet hôtel 5 étoiles et on peut dire que l'on n'a pas été déçu.
Service irréprochable, bonne nourriture tout au long du séjour, chambre on ne peut plus romantique et spacieuse. On ne regrette qu'une chose : devoir partir.

Eine schöne Hotelanlage mit dem entsprechenden Komfort lädt zum verweilen ein. Dank motiviertem Personal fehlt es an nichts. Wir waren gegen unser normales Reiseverhalten als all-inclusive Gäste dort und können dies nur empfehlen. Die Auswahl der Menüs lies keine Wünsche offen und Essen in den verschiedenen Restaurants war zwischen gut und ausgezeichnet.

Wat een fantastisch hotel is dit!
De naam zegt het al: een paradijs!!!
Het eten is uitstekend, al het personeel is vriendelijk en resort is ook super luxe! Ze doen echt hun best om ervoor te zorgen dat je een heerlijke vakantie hebt!
Ik was mijn telefoon oplader vergeten en de receptie dames stonden erop dat ik elke ochtend mijn telefoon kwam brengen ipv een nieuwe oplader te kopen!
Ook zijn de a la carte restaurants echt een aanrader! En smiddags kan je genieten van een 3-gangen lunch bij penninsula.
Doe mee bij de enthousiaste Ayvind met zijn water aerobic lessen!
Manoj, Michael en de jonge jongen met petje waarvan we je naam niet meer weten, bedankt voor jullie goede service! De hele dag zorgde jullie voor koude drankjes.
Maar echt elke medewerker, of het nu om ober, kok of schoonmaakster gaat, het hele team heeft bijgedragen aan onze fantastische huwelijksreis!
De naam zegt het al: een paradijs!!!

Doe mee bij de enthousiaste Ayvind met zijn water aerobic lessen!
Manoj, Michael en de jonge jongen met petje waarvan we je naam niet meer weten, bedankt voor jullie goede service! De hele dag zorgde jullie voor koude drankjes.
Maar echt elke medewerker, of het nu om ober, kok of schoonmaakster gaat, het hele team heeft bijgedragen aan onze fantastische huwelijksreis!

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Essen, unser Zimmer -602-, die Mitarbeiter, die Lage des Hotels alles war Perfekt. Wir waren 10 Tage hier. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei.
Alle Zimmer haben eigentlich einen Blick auf die Bucht. Sehr sauber und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Unser Bad war sehr groß. Das grösste Potential sind die Mitarbeiter. Alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommende.

We went for our honeymoon recently.
A beautiful resort, with access to a cove and the ocean. Multiple swimming pools and areas, plus access to numerous facilities.

Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war immer zuvorkommend und sehr lieb !
Ein großes Dankeschön geht an die liebe Ashna , sie hat uns bei der Bar anhand unseren Vorbestellungen , Überraschungs - Cocktails gemacht und uns damit fasziniert !
Ihr Gespür für Getränke und das Interesse an den Gästen hat man nicht oft aber hier merkt man es zu 100%.
Ein weiterer positiver Punkt , ist definitiv die Aufteilung.
Gute Plätze gibt es so gut wie immer , auch im Restaurant hatten wir fast täglich den Platz ganz vorne am Meer.
Das Essen selbst war perfekt , es war mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet und immer Exquisit.
Alles in allem mussten wir uns im Hotel fast um nichts kümmern und genau das brauchten wir und haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Such a beautiful place. The room was amazing with the must stunning view.
A lot of different places to sunbath with different vibes. I really enjoyed that you could get sunbeds with a lot of privacy. So unique.
A lot of facilities. The spa is outstanding. A must try!
The food is good and I appreciated all the vegan/ vegetarian options!
I really recommend a stay at paradise cove. It’s very romantic.

Amazing in every way. The service is outstanding, the food in all restaurants are delicious and the location is perfect. It's a small hotel for adults only. When we were there it was very peaceful and quiet. I wish we could've spent another week but that'll have to wait for some other time. Finally a shout-out to Michael and his pool bar service, his charm and service always put a smile on our faces.

Der Name sagt alles: ein Paradies. Es gibt keine Worte um diese wunderschöne Hotelanlage zu beschreiben. Unglaublich iebevoll und romantisch gestaltet, mit den schönsten Ausblicken, die man sich vorstellen kann Das Zimmer war wundervoll eingerichter, das Essen vorzüglich, abends gab es dezente, abwechslungsreiche Unterhaltung. Das Hotel bietet traumhafte Bootstouren an, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Bei einer Katamarantour haben wir Wale gesehen, bei einer weiteren Bootstour durften wir mit Wasserschildkröten schwimmen. Wir haben hier unsere Hochzeitsjubiläumsreise erlebt und sie war schöner, als wir sie uns je gewünscht haben. Wir wurden mit Aufmerksamkeiten wie Candlelightdinner, Kuchen und Sekt überrascht. Jeder Mitarbeiter, jede Mitarbeiterin, egal ob Kellner, Koch, Gärtner, Reinigungskraft, ..hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns mehr als wohlgefühlt haben. Wir haben jede Sekunde in diesem Paradies genossen. DANKE!!!

Un hôtel unique et sublime pour notre lune de miel! Nous avons fait plusieurs hôtels dans le monde et celui-là atteint le summum de l'excellence.
Le personnel est attentionné et recherche le bien-être : nous avons eu une petite odeur de canalisation dans notre chambre et tout à été fait pour trouver une solution!
Les animations comme le cocktail avec le personnel ou les dances locales sont nombreuses et rythment le séjour.
Les plats dans les différents restaurants sont exquis, à un niveau gastronomique.
Nous reviendrons à coup sûr si nous repassons à l'île Maurice.
Le personnel est attentionné et recherche le bien-être : nous avons eu une petite odeur de canalisation dans notre chambre et tout à été fait pour trouver une solution!
Les animations comme le cocktail avec le personnel ou les dances locales sont nombreuses et rythment le séjour.

The hotel itself may be fine, but I have had an unbelievable time communicating with the their team. So bad I ended up cancelling, which I've never done before.
I booked three nights here for our honeymoon and emailed the hotel to ask about pricing of various packages. Responses from the hotel came at the snail's pace of once every two days. The replies didn't address my simple questions. After a week of this I called into the hotel and was passed to three different departments. It seems the hotel outsources service to 3rd parties and none were empowered to answer questions about the hotel.
Ultimately I gave up and decided to cancel. I was characteristically told this could only be done via the website, which then directed me to an email address, that now has gone days unanswered.
Surprising and brutal service for such a nice and expensive hotel. I hope that they bring customer relations in house and invest more in building a strong/er team.

Es ist ein wunderbares Hotel mit einem herausragenden Service und nur freundichem Personal. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit und uns mehr als nur willkommen gefühlt. Es ist ein wirkliches Paradies mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Es hat eine hervorragende Küche, die täglich solch tolle Gerichte zaubert, dass man gar nicht abreisen möchte. Wir hatten unsere Flitterwochen gefeiert und noch Fotos benötigt. Das Hotel bzw Ophelia hat alles organisiert, dass es ein so emotionaler Tag wurde, den wir nie wieder vergessen werden. Auch am Pool war Micheal immer direkt mit Wasser und zwei Erfrischungsgetränke gekommen. Ein Traum hier. Service und der Gast passen hier zusammen. Wir hatten nicht einen Grund zu einer Beanstandung. Es wird einem wirklich jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, der kann einem nur leid tun. Wir kommen gerne wieder und die Buchung über das Hotel mit Kimbery war perfekt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese unbeschreibliche Reise und diesem tollen und menschlichen Service. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses perfekte Paradies nur empfehlen.
