I highly recommend AVOIDING this hotel, everything is broken down in the room, beach is dirty, location and service are also some of the worst I've experienced.
The location is like a prison as it is far from any main road. Flic en Flac is a 30 min drive and you cannot walk there on the coast. The only good thing is the servers at the restaurant who do their job well, everyone else at the hotel, including reception and management are very unhelpful.
The beach is dirty and small, the pool looks nice in pictures but is tiny. Even the people who give you towels are rude.
The food is subpar and highly overpriced for what you get. No including the overcharging for any extra drinks, even water.
The island is full of much better hotels that have better prices, so unless you like the golf part and thats what brings you here, I don't recommend this place at all.

Do not recommend.
My stay at the resort was extremely disappointing. The food was terrible and didn't meet even basic expectations. The beach was dirty and had a bad smell, which made it unpleasant. The customer service was one of the worst I've ever experienced. The staff lacked attentiveness, professionalism, and basic courtesy, which greatly affected my overall satisfaction. The rooms were old, outdated, and poorly maintained, with cleanliness being a major issue.
Adding to my disappointment, Receptionist Valerie lied to us about the charges, showing a lack of honesty and integrity. The hotel manager, Didier, tried to overcharge us by more than €400 for just a three-day stay, which was an outrageous attempt to scam us.
In conclusion, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the resort's low-quality food, the dirty and unpleasant beach, and the terrible customer service. The neglected and outdated rooms only added to my disappointment. The dishonest actions of Receptionist Valerie and the attempted overcharging by Manager Didier further ruined my already disappointing experience.

Das Hotel ist super. Die Lage ist an einem der besten Strände von Mauritius. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend Groß und gut ausgestattet. Aber denkt an einen Mietwagen, das Hotel ist ohne Auto quasi nicht erreichbar.
Einziger Markel ist leider die wenige Auswahl an Essen zum Frühstück und Abendbrot.

Hôtel fort sympathique avec un personnel au petit soins. Le petit déjeuner, les soirées organisées par l'hôtel et tout ces services sont de qualité. L'hôtel situé en bord de mer est vraiment sympathique. Je le recommande.

Le calme, la tranquillité, la sérénité...la bienveillance. Nous sommes complètement charmés par cet hôtel, c'est cocooning, chaleureux.
Le personnel est incroyable, disponible et a fait de notre voyage de noces un véritable rêve !
Encore merci à tous, vos sourires resteront dans nos cœurs Jenice, Anaïs, Shivanee, Christophe, le SPA ( pardon je n'ai pas tous les noms) !
La baie est agréable et peu fréquentée, petit tour à flic en flac par la plage Restauration plutôt européenne, variée, bon.
Les chambres sont très propres, les parties communes également!!

Le 19 is always a nice place to eat… some of the staff need serious training or reprimand. I won’t say why publicly.

Très bel hôtel avec prestations de qualité, personnel accueillant et serviable au possible. Les chambres avec vue sur mer sont très agréables. Pour les golfeurs et golfeuses le paradis avec le parcours de Tamarina dans le resort. Si vous restez une semaine et plus, prenez vos clubs et des balles ( le parcours est très beau mais très exigeant). La formule all exclusive premium est à recommander, elle donne un green fee par jour et les massages au Spa en plus des boissons à volonté. Immense plage au pied de l’hôtel.
Seul bémol, l’hôtel est éloigné de tout mais il y a des navettes gratuites, des taxis pas chers et prendre le bus à Maurice fait partie des petits plaisirs locaux

¡Muy encantado de nuestra estancia! ¡Hotel de pequeño tamaño en un golf, lujoso pero ambiente animado! No demasiado mundo, restaurantes en pleno naturaleza, una playa muy transitada… la sensación de estar realmente en Mauricio. ¡Gracias al Pequeño en taimado para este buen plan!
¡Todo totalmente nuevo, bello! Vacaciones maravillosas y tranquilo en este pequeño hotel de playa de Tamarindo, que es tan mauricio (no de otros hoteles en los alrededores, esto lo ha cambiado de nuestra primera semana pasada en el Norte de la isla). Por la noche, aperitivos y sobre una plataforma dominando la playa, en medio de los árboles. ¡Personal muy animado y golf justo al lado… la felicidad!
Nuevo hotel muy bonito, tamaño reducido, al golf, buen ambiente, selección de restaurantes, spa, lugar a parte sin otra hotel al lado… Paquete todo incluido muy práctico con entrada al parque de Casela (super quad!). ¡Recomendado para los golfistas… y también otros!
