Hacia muchos años que no entraba. Quedé con amigos para tomar una cerveza. Está perfectamente conservado y con una decoración muy lograda. Magnífico servicio. Precios razonables.
Antiguamente era el centro de atención de los toros. Coloquios inolvidables.

Bellisimo! Beautiful 5 star luxurious hotel in the middle of Seville Historic centre. Service was wonderful, everyone so kind and courteous. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and luxurious. The location is phenomenal, close to everything you want to see in beautiful Sevilla.

Le bar, le personnel et le petit déjeuner niquel et l'hôtel est très bien placé.
Concernent la chambre celle-ci est fonctionnelle et agréable.

Excelente Hotel Taurino, ideal para hospedarse en las ferias. cuenta con el mejor restaurante de comidas y tapas a visitar antes de cada corrida de toros. cuenta con servicio de Valet Parking y todo su personal es muy amable.

Pasamos un fin de semana. Las bonitas habitaciones y la acogida del personal. Me encantó el bar y el desayuno

TL;DR Fantastic location with a beautiful view and overall good service.

We booked five days for our honeymoon in one of the suites on the 7th floor including a big terrace and jacuzzi.

ROOM: the room was spacious and overall clean, in particular the bathroom was quite modern. There was some wear here and there, nothing terrible, but for a 5* at 1k€ a night (roughly) it’s probably deserving of some renovations. I shouldn’t have to call maintenance to extend the sunroof, and the toilet door shouldn’t jump off the rails.

HOTEL: the hotel’s location is fantastically central, and you’re in walking distance to many things the city has to offer. The Red Level lounge underperforms, it’s a small room with some drinks and so-so snacks. I see no reason to spend any time here ever other than while waiting for your room to be ready.

SERVICE: our room was turned several times a day, staff is always super friendly. A special shoutout goes to the really nice cleaning staff. When we had to call for maintenance or anything else the response was always prompt. My expectation for a 5* has been fully met here.

FOOD: we ordered breakfast via room service one day, and this was hands down the biggest letdown. For 15€ for a single avocado toast I expect better than a soggy slice of toast, it was inedible. Our complaint to this was never met with any response — absolutely not worthy of a 5*! The minibar is, as everywhere else, hopelessly overpriced, and makes you just not want to use it at all, what a shame. As for regular breakfast or the restaurants, we didn’t use those — and why would you? There’s so much amazing food in the area, go out and experience it!

AMENITIES: we really only used our private jacuzzi. We certainly enjoyed it, though it was visibly a bit older, and we had to call maintenance once due to the water level. But relaxing in it in the afternoon sun high above the city was a real pleasure.

All in all I’d say the hotel is a great choice and performs really well in general, though falls just a tad bit short for a 5* at this price point. We don’t regret staying here at all, though, and had a great time. The biggest shame is the really poor room service food, when enjoying breakfast on our private terrace would otherwise be a unique experience.

Lovely place. Great location. Walked everywhere. Short cheap cab ride to Alhambra . Got a room in the old portion. We enjoyed it so much! Only negative was a VERY expensive breakfast that was just ok. And traffic noise in the night.

Membre du programme de fidélité Melia, pour ce premier séjour à Séville j’étais ravi de pouvoir me rendre au Colon Gran Melia Hôtel membre de "The Leading hotels of the world" pour fêter notre anniversaire. Particulièrement bien situé l’hôtel bénéficie de nombreux atouts. En amont de notre arrivée, un check in on line mais aussi des échanges avec Maria, Guest Expérience Manager pour préparer au mieux notre séjour. Accueil souriant et professionnel des portiers notamment Jairo dès notre arrivée à notre service pour les bagages et pour nous conduire jusqu’à la réception. Check in parfait avec Ana particulièrement aimable et attentive qui nous annonce que nous bénéficions d’un surclassement. Chaque étage de l’hôtel met à l’honneur un artiste espagnol. Notre chambre (n° 129) est située au premier étage (artiste Zurbaran) était magnifique et confortable dotée d’un petit salon dès l’entrée avec télévision écran plat. Une autre TV dans la partie chambre et surtout un large patio avec canapé et fauteuils de jardin confortables et table ronde avec 4 chaises. Pour fêter nos anniversaires nous avons eu la chance de nous voir offrir une bouteille de vin pétillant Cava et un délicieux gâteau avec une carte de bienvenue et de bonne anniversaire de la Guest Expérience Team. La TV compte très peu de chaînes francophones (TV5 monde et France 24) et problème pour les capter correctement. Lit king size invitant au repos. Petites bouteilles d’eau offertes. Machine à café Krupp avec capsules, bouilloire et sachets de thé. Prises de courant en nombre. Wifi gratuite et rapide. Mini bar. Dressing éclairé via détecteur de présence avec parapluie et table et fer à repasser à disposition. Baie vitrée avec rideau occultant. Coffre fort pouvant accueillir un ordinateur portable avec prise de courant. Spacieuse et fonctionnelle salle de bain avec toilette et bidet séparés. Mouchoir en papier, miroir grossissant. Deux lavabos, produits de soin haute gamme de la marque Carner Barcelona. Baignoire. Serviettes blanches confortables. Paires de chaussons et peignoirs de bain. Radio et réveil. Roof top au 7ème étage avec transats et piscine à débordement chauffée. Une vue imprenable sur la ville. Sauna et hammam. Carafe d’eau parfumée à l’orange et au citron. Bouilloire et sachets de thé. Espace soin de la marque Clarins. Salle de fitness aux équipements modernes. Petit déjeuner dans la salle de restaurant au rez-de-chaussée. Buffet avec un large choix de produits de qualité. Boissons chaudes servies à table. Equipe efficace et aimable avec Daniel, Eva et Eleonora. Propreté impeccable de la chambre. Efficacité et sourire de la femme de ménage Lourdes. Nous avons obtenu les services des concierges Asiel, Oscar et Vanesa particulièrement efficaces et à notre service. Asiel nous a recommandé le restaurant El Cairo proche de l’hôtel où nous avons dégusté une succulente paella. Asiel nous a communiqué un numéro WhatsApp pour le contacter si besoin. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d’un later check out qui nous a permis de quitter l’hôtel dans l’après midi juste au moment de nous rendre à l’aéroport. A 10 minutes de l’hôtel possibilité de prendre le bus EA à la Plaza de Armas, début de ligne avec un trajet de 35 minutes pour se rendre à l’aéroport (4 €). Une expérience hôtelière sans équivalant dont nous conservons un excellent souvenir et dans lequel nous espérons revenir très vite.

What an amazing hotel with the most impeccable service. 6 of us visited for 2 nights for my husbands birthday. The rooms were large and clean, reception staff lovely and breakfast was yummy. We had the red level service which gives you access to a private lounge with snacks and drinks from 12 to 10pm. We did take full advantage of this ???????? Matteo in particular was absolutely fantastic. Great hotel, great location and hope to stay again soon

Fui a recoger a un amigo con el coche y los caballeros que estaban en la puerta me atendieron perfectamente, me echaron una mano ya que no había parking y me dejaron aparcar en la puerta. Personal muy profesional, agradable y educado.
