Este restaurante italiano suele ser considerado uno de los mejores lugares de California. Es cierto que no le molestarán: sólo 7 mesas, con algunas mesas exteriores para el verano, velas por todas partes, una carta de vinos y un menú tentadores. Por ello, es preferible reservar con cierta antelación. Te piden que confirmes tu llegada dos veces. Hay que probar el plato estrella del gran chef: las tortitas de berenjena rellenas de salmón ahumado, ¡una delicia! De postre, recomendamos el helado de chocolate blanco. ¡Cuidado con los amantes de la comida!

After 4 days in South Tahoe, all I can say is the food doesn’t even come close to other popular ski towns. Our only exception so far is Cafe Fiore. We didn’t know what to expect walking into the very small, ~12 person dining area but were very pleasantly surprised by the food. The pasta was all cooked very well, but what stood out was the freshness of the ingredients and the sauces. Many times, pasta is over sauced with over powering flavor. All their’s were extremely fresh and light tasting. We also got their swordfish (a house specialty) and it was outstanding. We’re never had fish cooked exactly like that so it was a standout. Even the minestrone soup surprised me to the point where my 8 and 5 year olds were gobbling it down. This is a must try restaurant in the South Tahoe area!

What a great find! My daughter and I go on a long ski trip every year and i rely on her to find great restaurants. Lots of hits and misses. Cafe Fiore was definitely a huge hit. The food, service and ambiance were all perfect. We went with another couple and the 4 of us were really happy with our appetizers, salads and entrees. And the wine selection was well curated with fair prices. I had the seafood fra diavolo. It was perfect. If i can get a reservation, we'll be back this week.

A top tier dining experience, Cafe Fiore is absolutely the best restaurant in Tahoe. I dine here every time I visit and it is always exceptional. The menu is both delicious and creative. The ambience is magical—elevated and intimate. The service is impeccable. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Reservations are hard to come by, so reserve weeks in advance!
