Amazing location, friendly service, it's cheap.

Rooms are the main issue - the single room has no proper ventilation - outside the window are noisy AC units. There is no kettle, cutlery, or cups in the room, which is extremely inconvenient.

AC could not set temperature, remote was not synced to it, reception could not fix it. Had to manually turn on/off with switch.

Roof hot tub bubbles are extremely weak.

Très bien situé pour visiter La Valette, et faire des excursions. Les bateaux navettes sont juste en bas. À quelques pas sur les rues arrières il y a de très sympas espaces commerciaux. La vue de la terrasse du petit déjeuner est top.

The only plus point for this hotel is the location.

Terrible hospitality and customer service. There was no electricity the day we landed, and we had to check in ourselves into another hotel for the night and it has been 4 months but the customer service still hasn't resolved the issue yet.

Not to mention that there was a cockroach in the washroom and it is a very dirty place.

Άλλο δωμάτιο κλείσαμε κι άλλο παραλαβαμε! Η απάντηση που πήραμε ήταν ότι έπρεπε να είχαμε κάνει την κράτηση απευθείας στο site του ξενοδοχείου και όχι από πλατφόρμα κρατήσεων! Επιεικώς απαράδεκτο! Για να μην συνυπολογισω το γεγονός ότι σε χώρα με τέτοιες υψηλές θερμοκρασίες, το economy δωμάτιο ΔΕΝ έχει ψυγείο! Μια καλή τοποθεσία λοιπόν δεν σώζει πάντα την κατάσταση

Ich habe dort ein last minute Angebot gebucht und muss leider sagen: Das schlimmste Hotel, in dem ich je war. Die Zimmer erinnern an eine Gefängniszelle (keine Fenster, dunkel und laut). In einem so dunklen, kleinen Raum zu sein ist nicht angenehm. Die Türen sind nicht dicht, man hört jedes Geräusch im Gang. So ist man garantiert am Morgen früh hellwach, sobald die erste Person vorbeiläuft. Wenn dann noch Handwerker ab 7.00 mit ihrer Arbeit im Gang beginnen, ists vorbei mit der Ruhe.

Also wenn man sich erholen will, ist man dort am falschen Ort.

Das Personal ist jedoch sehr freundlich. Keinen Vorwurf an die Mitarbeiter, die können nichts dafür dass das Gebäude so schlimm ist. Das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen da immer auswärts gegessen. Der offene "Speiseraum" direkt neben der Rezeption ist jedoch alles andere als gemütlich und macht nicht gerade Lust, dort zu essen.

Der Ort Sliema ist absolut traurig. In der Hochsaison ist dort in der Nacht alles tot. Einzig der Mc Donalds läuft noch. Es hat ein sehr grosses Verkehrsaufkommen und die Strände sind übel. Nur hässliche Steinstrände (kein Strand mit Kies o.a. wie man es von anderen Orten z.B. Kroatien kennt), sondern einfach lediglich einen grossen, fetten Betonklotz, keine Liegen, keine Schirme, nichts. Schatten gibt's nur unter der Brücke. Es herrscht Ghetto-Stimmung und erinnert mich an das Gefängnis Sona (Panama) aus Prison Break für die, die das kennen.

Wer dort Urlaub macht, empfehle ich den Besuch des Nachbarorts St. Julian. Dieser hat wesentlich mehr zu bieten. Strände empfehle ich jene wie Ghadira Bay im Nordwesten der Insel, die sind schön. Eine Uberfahrt von Sliema an diesen Strand kostet 25 Euro bei ca. 50 Min. Fahrzeit. Lohnenswert, die Uber-Fahrer sind nette Kerle und lustig. :-)

Ich kann weder das Hotel noch diesen Ort empfehlen.

Sollte ich jemals wieder nach Malta gehen, dann auf keinen Fall an diesen Ort.

C’est un agréable hôtel très bien situé, entre les restaurants et à 2 pas de Sliema ferries. Notre chambre était propre et spacieuse, avec vue sur Sliema et La Valette, le personnel accueillant et sympa, le petit-déj avec buffet à volonté. Le petit moins : le bruit… mais on ne peut pas tout avoir!

Les chambres sont très fonctionnelles et propre !
L'endroit est très situé et le personnel est très accueillant et à notre écoute et l'hôtel se situe à proximité de tout que ce soit les ferry, les restaurants, bars et magasins et supermarché etc
Le seul inconvénients et que durant notre séjour le manque de luminosité dû aux travaux ( prévenus une fois la réservation confirmée et payée ) ainsi que le bruit dû à des chambres manquants cruellement d'isolation le moindre bruit est décuplé à toutes heures de la journée et de la nuit.
Je recommande vivement toutefois pour un court séjour à Malte

The hotel is situated in strategic location of Sliema. Close to Tallinja card machine, shops, cafes and ferries (great idea to get to Valletta if you wait ages for a bus). We got a room with a lovely view to the bay. The rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast on the top floor with a view is a real hit!

Also, I would love to thank Mariana from reception for a great assistance :)

About minuses: Coffee from the breakfast hall is way too bitter (even with milk and sugar). And bathroom wouldn’t mind renovation. Beside this, everything is ok.

Havalandırma ya bakan odalar kesinlikle konaklamak için uygun değil. Her gün mutfakta balık pişiriyormuşum gibi hissettim. Konum olarak fena değil. Çalışanlar gayet ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Temizlik olarak iyi denebilir.

Hotel is good, staff friendly and helpful. Lifts very slow and tiny. We had a sea view balcony room, some of the others look very small.

Un vol manifeste compte tenu du prix payé pour une chambrette par rapport aux concurrents. La mentalité des gérants de l'hôtel qui frôle l'arnaque, en tout cas la malhonnêteté évidente.

Excelente opção para um hotel três estrelas. A localização não poderia ser melhor, a poucos passos da balsa para Valeta, em local repleto de restaurantes. Atendimento maravilhoso de todo o pessoal. Quarto amplo, e café da manhã num terraço com uma vista espetacular.

I was in this nice place in septembre for 2 night, and it was perfect for visit Valetta because of the location. I appreciated the view too.
The room was very comfortable and clean, the welcome was very warm, and the restaurant on the ground floor is very good.

Migliorerei solo la questione dello scarico della toilette e qualcuno/ qualcuna del personale perché non ci siamo capiti perché io cercavo di parlarli inglese e loro sapevano lo spagnolo ( ma non tutti) . Avvertimento: le prese in camera sono diverse ma gli adattatori gli trovate ovunque. Mi sono piaciuti i minisupermercati apperti h24 e quanto scendete dal catamarano o anche per spostarvi da città a città non prendete i taxi ma scaricatevi bolt monopattini e scegliete il sito di veicolo di viene a prendere ( sono i più economici appeno che non prendere gli autobus ma come me se non ci capite niente su come prenderli, bolt è un’alternativa anche economica.

The room is not like the photo, they don’t tell you that there is a view of a wall go the single room. The room is not that cleen. Put all your stuff in a safe place when the cleaner go in your room, they put in the trash 100€ of tabaco Bcs it was not in the box in secure.
The localization is perfect and the staff is very gentle. The manager is arrogant, and don’t even refund me the mess of is staff

We had a balcony and the views were lovely.

Hotel comodo e strategico. Posizione strategica della struttura sul lungomare di Sliema. Camera grande e luminosta con un bellissimo terrazzino affacciato con una vista spettacolare su Valletta e tutta la baia portuale. Carino il solarium con idromassaggio sul tetto della struttura. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. L'hotel è posizionato sul lungomare e davanti ad un parcheggio pubblico, il che se andate con la vostra auto avrete possibilità di parcheggiare sempre. Davanti all'Hotel (circa 50 passi) c'è il pontile d'imbarco per Valletta che ad 1,50 € a tratta vi porterà direttamente con 5 minuti di navigazione in centro senza dover muovere la macchina. L'acqua dell'idromassaggio nell'area solarium era un po sporca.

Ottimo hotel con bellissimo panorama, posizione centrale servita da tutti i mezzi

Die Bettwäsche und das ganze Zimmer waren SO EXTREM muffig.

Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich.
Die Bettwäsche wurde aber ausgewechselt und die zweite roch ok. Der Preis den die Frau an der Rezeption als Walk In verlangte, war 50 Prozent über dem Online Preis. Als wir sie darauf hinwiesen, lachte sie und meinte wir können online buchen.

Es war OK für eine Nacht. Für mehrere Nächte in dem Economy Zimmer UNMÖGLICH. Ein Zimmer mit siewview hat diese Probleme wahrscheinlich nicht.

The two ladies working on the reception and the young man were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble

Staff was friendly and rooms were great. Location was good and view from the balcony was amazing. However, we could hear neighbor room's noises (when they watched TV etc) and elevators were awful.
