I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, although it didn't quite meet my expectations for a four-star rating. Here's a breakdown of my experience:

Pros:
- Convenient location near the metro and city center.
- The breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh fruit, croissants, and more.
- The hotel was pleasantly uncrowded around 9 o'clock.
- Both the room and the hotel were impeccably clean and had a fresh scent.

Cons:
- Despite booking for two, my girlfriend and I were assigned a twin bedroom instead of a double, which was disappointing.
- There was considerable noise in the morning, starting around 8 o'clock, due to cleaning and maintenance activities, making it difficult to sleep in.
- External noise persisted until late at night, as the windows and insulation were insufficient to block it out effectively.

Extremely unfriendly receptionist, the most unhelpful ever. Why do these people even work in hospitality industry. They should find another job to deal with their frustrating selves.

Tivemos uma péssima experiência com um funcionário da recepção que nos maltratou, gritando e repreendendo com extrema grosseria e falta de educação simplesmente porque um de nós se deitou no sofá da área comum, bastaria dizer mas o funcionário aos gritos nos repreendeu demonstrando total desequilíbrio e falta de educação, não serve nem para lidar com animais.

En mi opinión la relación precio-calidad es desfavorable. Las habitaciones son super pequeñas para el precio que pagas.

Por supuesto la ubicación es buena pero aún así, el precio no me parece el adecuado.

El desayuno esta bien, por 11 euros puedes acceder a una diversidad de alimentos ricos y típicos de España.

También tienen la opción de dejar tu maleta por 3€, lo que me parece muy bien.

EXCELENTE en todo sentido. Ubicación? Central, la mejor, conectado y cercano a TODO. Atención? De máxima calidad: humana, gastronómica, serviciales y atentos a tus necesidades. No encontrarás mejor hotel que este en Madrid en relación precio calidad.

Hotel con una ubicacion bastante buena, teniendo el metro cerca. Los servicios que ofrece son los esperados y las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas.

Our 5 night stay was excellent from check-in to check-out. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, even let us check in a little earlier than 13.00 given time. Room was spotless and spacious, WiFi was fast and the mini bar well stocked. Breakfast buffet was great value, selection of hot and cold meats, variety of breads and more fruit than you could shake a stick at plus yogurts, something for everyone. Breakfast area was busy but well managed and clean. We slept well in the comfortable bed and rarely heard any noise from outside or any other guests. It is a good mix of Business folk and weekend breakers. Location for the city is perfect, we walked a lot but there is a Metro station within 50 metres. I recommend the Madrid City Tour open top bus, get a good sense of where everything of note is. I do advise to walk though as the buses cant get that close to Plaza Mayor or the Square with Carlos III statue, both are musts do's. Hope this helps!

A mi personalmente me gustó mucho
Lo que no me gustó es que cuando te duchas se sale toda el agua del plato ya que la mampara de baño es pequeña , eso no es muy higiénico

Hotel homófobo, volví de fiesta con un amigo y no me dejaron que pasara a mi habitación…Creo que no tengo nada más que decir, que en pleno siglo XXI siga pasando esto… me parece increíble.

Extremely overpriced. The services and rooms are of a three/two stars hotel, with prices of a four star. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. This hotel is in a great location, look for a nicer hotel in the area, there are many!
