Incredible experience in Jua Retreat. I would highly recommend to de-compress and relax for some days. Truly exclusive.

Zusammen gefasst ein Traum. Man wird von A bis Z umsorgt. Das Personal ist unfassbar nett und das Essen Sterne-verdächtig. Man sollte auf jeden Fall All inklusive buchen. Was man wissen sollte. Es gibt keinen klassischen Strand und durch die starke Ebbe auch nicht unbedingt zum baden im Meer geeignet. Dafür ein traumhafter Pool und in jeder Villa ein privater Whirlpool.

Es ist das Paradies auf Erden!!

Hassan und sein sehr gut eingespieltes Team sorgen dafür dass der Urlaub perfekt ist, es gibt keinen Wunsch der unerfüllt bleibt. Wenn es etwas nicht gibt wird es in Rekordzeit beschafft. Die gesamte Anlage ist top gepflegt und auch die Gärtner wissen worauf es ankommt, es wird von allen Angestellten jederzeit das Gefühl von Freiheit vermittelt. Es ist der perfekte Ort um zu sich selbst zu finden und in sich zu finden.
Für Sicherheit sorgen die Massai und 4 sehr wachsame und gut ausgebildete Hunde, "mbili", einer der Hunde war unser ständiger Begleiter bei langen Spaziergängen am Strand.

Das Frühstück ist einfach nur wow und lässt dank Auswahl aus der Speisekarte keine Wünsche offen, auch beim Mittagessen ist mehr als genug Auswahl und wird auch individuell auf Gästewünsche abgestimmt.
Das unvergleichbare und einzigartige dinner ist ganz besonders hervor zu heben, die Orte und das Ambiente an denen sie stattfinden sind ein Traum, meine Frau und ich waren im siebten Himmel.
Verschiedene Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte in bester Qualität sprechen für sich, 5 Sterne eben *****. Da wir das Glück hatten die Villa "Tatu" ganze 3 Wochen unser zu nennen ist meiner Frau ein wöchentlicher Rhythmus aufgefallen, Das Dessert ist trotz allem vom feinsten und entspricht den 5 Sternen, es wird im Falle einer allergie in Rekordzeit individuell zubereitet.

Für uns war es bestimmt nicht die letzte Auszeit im Paradies.

Tout d'abord merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir été à nos petit soin et surtout un grand merci Hassan qui est juste extraordinaire
Le staff était génial! Gentils, serviable, souriant et discret.
Merci aussi aux massai avec qui nous avons joué au tennis et avec qui nous avons pu partager leur vie.
Merci également au propriétaire qui était top!
Le complexe est magnifique est très bien pensé, chaque couple à son chemin privé
En ce qui concerne la nourriture c'était magique! Chaque repas nous a donné l'impression de manger dans un restaurant gastronomique.
Nous avions besoin de calme, de bien manger et de se reposer devant un spot merveilleux, jua est vraiment l'endroit pour ça

Tolle Anlage, wo man wirklich zur Ruhe kommen kann. Der Service ist super und man fühlt sich so willkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir, das es dort 5 gerettete Hunde gibt. Danke für alles ♥️ wir kommen wieder.

Meine Frau und ich vebrachten leider nur 3 Nächte dort. Die Ruhe, die Anlage, der Service. Ein Traum! Wir waren teilweise nur 4-6 Gäste in der gesamten Anlage. Kayak, Stand up. Es war nie langweilig und das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Short: Are you looking for the ultimate romantic getaway with relaxation, tranquility, great food, fine drinks, unique service, and a magical atmosphere? Just book Jua. Plain and simple. You won't regret it!

Long: There's something truly special about this place. It exudes a magical tranquility. There's something about falling asleep to the sound of the wind, the lapping of waves, and nature's symphony. And waking up to the sounds of the forest coming to life and someone placing a coffee pot, a couple of cups, and some delightful cookies outside your door. It all starts there and just keeps on giving. Delightful breakfasts, fantastic lunches, and exquisite dinners. Delicious wine. Outstanding cocktails. And the pasta? The pasta is the best! But there's so much more. You have a private little pool. A large shared pool. You have kayaks. You have SUP boards. You have a tennis court. You have games. And you have wildlife. From the terrace, you can see it all. Whales leaping on the horizon. A small family of monkeys living in the trees. Squirrels. Tiny salamanders and big salamanders.

A couple more things to add to your packing list that we forgot: snorkeling gear, reef shoes, and an extra book.

As for activities, we highly recommend the "lovers package." It's a bit of everything that gives you both excursions and romance at the resort. There's also a gift certificate for the magical "the rock." Try to time your visit at high tide. A bonus with this package is that all the activities are nearby. Good to know. When I booked this place, I wanted to nail down all the activities in advance. Forget about it. Do it when you get there. The fantastic staff is incredibly skilled at taking things as they come and finding solutions that are not just good but perfect. Asante Sana.

Should you go for the all-inclusive option? Yes! Absolutely. This is not your standard all-inclusive buffet hotel. Here, the food and drinks are prepared with love and made to order just for you. Enjoy it!

Number of nights: We were here for four nights. It was enough to get into the rhythm of the truly good life, but we could easily have stayed twice as long.

Finally, this place has a perfect location. It's peaceful and serene, a place created to find tranquility and nurture love. Plus, they have an incredibly cheerful team of staff members. You'll grow so fond of them. Asante Sana to Jamal, Hassan, Emanuel, Mussa, Said, Nigel, and the rest of the crew at Jua. We'll never forget this place.

And to those of you who are about to travel: Have a great trip! I'm already a little envious of you heading to this little paradise on Earth.

Amazing place

Después de una dura semana de safari, este lugar era justo lo que necesitamos, paz, naturaleza, lujo, hedonismo puro. Habitación diáfana con una cama tamaño ensueño, vistas al mar y piscina privada. Personal muy atento y amigable. Comida muy rica, producto fresco del mar. Coktails top, hacen el mejor Dawa de zanzíbar sin duda.

This is not your usual hotel on the beach. This place is a mix between luxury and living in nature surrounded by beauty. I spent 3 nights of my honeymoon there, which was magical. You have your privacy, and the service is top-notch. The staff there are super friendly and accommodating, and they make you feel at home, Emanuel Hassan Jamal and the rest of the staff will always make you feel special .

The food there is some type of fine dining on the beach we looked forward to every and each meal as they were delicious. And every morning, you will wake up to find coffee and amazing cookies at your door, which was incredible.

Nous avons fini notre voyage de noce par une semaine à Jua Retreat et ce fut la meilleure fin de séjour possible.
Expérience totalement différente d’un grand hôtel, ici c’est le calme et le service ultra personnalisé qui fait la différence.
On alterne entre jacuzzi privatif vue océan, piscine immense et plage privée au grès de ses humeurs.
Hassan, Emmanuel, Mussa et Jamal sont discrets mais aux petits soins pour proposer cocktails, snacks (faits maison), et aide en tout genre pour notre bien-être.
Le lieu est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La cuisine variée est délicieuse (merci encore au chef !). Le domaine est à l’écart de la ville mais reste sécurisé grâce aux Massaïs et aux 4 meilleurs gardiens : les chiens Blue, Jako, Water et Billy (trop mignons). La chambre est immense et le lit 2m x 2m très confortable.
Le nouveau terrain de tennis est aussi très appréciable pour dépenser quelques calories.
Encore une fois tout était parfait ! Merci encore à toute l’équipe de Jua Retreat pour ce merveilleux moment de repos que nous n’oublierons jamais !

Ein kleines Juwel am Meer inmitten der Natur!

Wir waren letztes Jahr so begeistert vom Jua, dass wir es auch dieses Jahr wieder für unsere Ferien gewählt haben. Und wir wurden auch dieses Mal nicht enttäuscht! Der Ort ist wirklich eine traumhafte Oase der Ruhe und Erholung inmitten der Natur, mit bestem Rund-um-Service durch das Jua Team. Hassan, Emanuel, Mussa und Jamal sorgen mit ihrem Lächeln und ihrer Hilfsbereitschaft dafür, dass sich hier jeder herzlich willkommen und zu Hause fühlt. Toll finden wir auch, dass das All-inklusiv-Konzept hier nicht auf überladene Buffets setzt, sondern die Speisen werden frisch für jeden zubereitet. Sei es frischer Fisch (Fang des Tages), die Auswahl von den umfangreichen Tages-Menus (Mittags und Abends) oder auf Wunsch auch mal etwas Spezielles (z.B. traditionelle Suaheli Speisen). Durch die erhöhte Lage der Villas (es sind nur 4, also maximal 8 Gäste) hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer – und das nicht nur von der Terrasse oder dem eigenen kleinen Pool aus, sondern sogar vom Bett aus! Das Bett ist riesig und mit einem Moskito-Netz versehen, genauso wie die «Fenster» (es gibt keine Glasscheiben), damit der kühlende Wind gut durchkommt. Durch die traditionelle Bauweise der Villen kann es mitten in der Natur natürlich auch vorkommen, dass sich Ameisen, andere kleine Insekten oder auch mal ein kleiner Gecko in das Zimmer verirrt – für uns nicht weiter schlimm. Der Zimmerservice spürt vor allem die Insekten mehrmals täglich auf tut alles dafür, dass sie nicht so schnell wiederkommen. Wir haben uns wieder rundum wohl gefühlt und können uns nur wiederholen: wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Jua Team – Asante sana :-)

For et paradis. Vi har vært hær på bryllupsreise i 10 dager. Fantastisk mat og personale har veldig god energi. Fine bungalower med havutsikt og et lite privat baseng. De har også en liste over diverse utflukter du kan velge i. De koster ekstra. Kan virkelig anbefale en av utfluktene som heter paradis i paradis. Vi reiste ut i båt for å spise lunsj på en sand banke. På turen fikk vi se delfiner og snorkle i fantastisk korallrev. Vi fikk servert grillet sjømat og fersk frukt. Alt i alt har ferien vært helt fantastisk

I recently went on my honeymoon here and could not be a more beautiful place. A very secluded section on the island where you are given just about anything you could ask. The resort even sets up events outside the resort including the taxi situation.

Une expérience incroyable au delà de nos attentes.

Au delà du lieu et la situation qui a été décrit par tout le monde, c’est avant tout le calme et la sérénité que nous avons trouvé ici. Avec seulement 4 énorme bungalow, nous avions l’impression d’avoir le lieu pour nous seuls et avons trouvé le repos que nous étions venus chercher.

Être réveillé par le soleil, s’endormir au bruit de la mer dans un cadre idyllique est un enchantement. Tout est propre et sécurisé (merci les Masaï!)

La formule all inclusive est la meilleure idée que nous ayons pu avoir. Les cocktails sont excellents, variés et la cuisine digne de grands restaurants avec une carte du soir qui change quotidiennement.

Nous sommes allés de surprise en surprise durant 4 jours, grâce à un staff aux petits soins. Merci Djamal, Emmanuel, Jakobino, Nicolas, Makoi, Hassan et l’équipe de ménage pour leurs attentions !

Exclusive hotel with only 4 rooms (villas) and total of maximum 8 guests. Very lovely team that fullfills every dream and drink - thank you so much!.
The villas are big and have a nice modern interieur. Every villa has a private pool, and there is a area for all with a big pool.
The beach is also directly in front of the resort, with no people. Swimming in the sea is due to the tides not always possible.

The food is also very good and changes evrry day for the dinner.

Just an amazing experience. It is something I will NEVER forget, nor would I want to. A massive Thank you to Everyone involved in our stay. We have already said we Must return. Thank you ,Thank you SO MUCH. ????
