El sitio es muy bonito y la ubicación es ideal. Sin embargo, tuvimos muy mala suerte con la Manager que nos atendió. Esta chica, porque rondaría la veintena de edad, fue la profesional más maleducada que nos hemos encontrado en ningún lugar del mundo. Tuvimos dos problemas principalmente el depósito que no se indicaba en ninguna parte de la reserva con Booking y te bloqueaban una parte importante y la segunda que según el cambio de moneda nos acabaron cobrando 40€ más (algo que sigue sin cuadrarnos teniendo en cuenta precisamente este cambio). Cómo además llegamos media hora más tarde del checking habitual, nos cobraron otros 40€ más por late checkin, importe que fue en cash y que tampoco se avisa abiertamente en la reserva. Por si fuera poco, intentamos dialogar y explicarle a Zuzana, la manager que la reserva tenía un precio y que el cargo era otro y que no estábamos de acuerdo. La line manager decidió entonces, en lugar de escuchar, ser lo más maleducada posible diciendo que sentía mucho que ese dinero fuera un "drama" para nosotros y que pudiera "herirnos" con su explicación. Daba la sensación de que no solo no escuchaba sino que se permitía ser borde. La falta de profesionalidad experimentada fue increíble. Por si esto no fuera suficiente se permitió escribirnos notas citando a Churchill en la reserva de Booking y cancelaron la reserva después del pago imaginamos que para que no pudiéramos dejar la reseña en el mismo Booking. Jamás repetiría en este sitio.

Really nice apartment in the center of Prague. Great views and service with everything you would expect and more. One of the best places we have stayed in.

The worst accommodation in Prague. It's not about the location and the rooms, although the creaking floor, no soundproofing, the stench in the hallway. It's about the behavior of the staff when it really matters. Be careful, especially if you get sick unexpectedly, you'll wonder what happens. No understanding, on the contrary, dishonorable behavior and mainly they are interested in money, not the guest. It is sad that Prague offers such bad accommodation.
Btw I was indeed accommodated here, specifically for two nights in February 2023. And I have proof of it.
Therefore, it is not true that I have never been accommodated in the accommodation.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite which was fantastic. They had a wonderful Christmas tree set up in our suite as well which was fantastic and served our purposes well. Great place, great staff, great location, great Christmas treats to greet us. Just great. I just wish we had more time to stay.

Second time I have stayed here. Highly recommend, great location and staff. Shout out to Denny at reception. The apartment is beautiful and a great location for touring Prague. When we return we will be staying there again!!!

La chambre était spacieuse avec une petite cuisine, ce qui nous a permis de prendre le petit déjeuner tranquillement.
La décoration de l'hôtel et des chambre est très originale dans un style baroque typique et le lit était très grand et confortable. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et très sympa.
L'hôtel est super bien situé avec transport en bas et à 3 minutes du pont Charles et 15 minutes du château à pied. La cathédrale Saint Guy est sur la même place
Il y a beaucoup de restaurants autour qui sont bons et abordables et même un bar à vin à la sortie de l'hôtel très chouette.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Fantastic location, very close to Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle. We were in the presidential suite - the rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The one room by the road (opposite McDonalds) was a little noisy but we were able to sleep regardless! Nice to have a kitchen and a lounge for family time.

Excellent location to everything touristy. Easy and early check in, I would definitely stay here again.

We were looking forward to our stay with Malostranska Residence but unfortunately their room had BLACK MOLD in both the shower and the toilet area. It also had ants and other small bugs in the kitchen. When we reported it to the front desk and showed them the photos attached, they just said it was normal and the maids make sure everything is sanitary.

Needless to say we immediately went out and got a new hotel where they take cleanliness and guest health and safety seriously. When we asked for a refund the hold just marked our stay as s no-show in Booking.com so we couldn't leave a review and get any refund. Clearly we weren't no-shows, nice tactic though. They are shady and refuse to refund the stay.

חוויתי חוויה מזעזעת.הזמנתי סוויטה נשיאתית וקיבלתי דירה לא מתוחזקת שבכל יום התגלו בעיות נוספות של התחזוקה הנוראית שלה . כמו שאיש צוות אמר-זאת הסוויטה הבעייתית ,אז למה לא טיפלתם בבעיות הידועות מראש והכנסתם אותנו למבנה הלא מתוחזק כראוי .את המחיר הם קבעו מכל הלב ,בלי בושה.
אתר הבוקינג מטעה ומראה מבנה מפואר עם ציוד מפואר ומבריק ובפועל הכל ישן, שרוט ולא מתוחזק טוב.
את פותחת דלת כניסה והידית נשארת ביד שלך, את פותחת ברז עם מים חמים ושומעת כל הזמן רעש נוראי.האסלה בשירותים לא מחוברת טוב וזזה כל הזמן, ישנם שקעים לא תקינים,פארקט עם חורים בחיבורים והריצפה חורקת.
נכנסים לסלון ,מרימים ראש למעלה -כתם צהובענקי מההצפה מהקומה מעלינו.
המנורה בסלון קיימת אך היא רק ליופי ,היא לא עובדת (איש צוות אמר,זה רק לקישוט)...אפשר לכתוב עוד ועוד ... הוזהרתם
אין איש תחזוקה במקום והם לא תרחו לתקן (שהיתי במקום 10 לילות).
נכון,הדירה ענקית,יש בה מזגנים, מיטות נוחות , ציוד בסיסי להכנת אוכל והיא נמצאת במקום מתגייר אבל.... זה מה שאני הזמנתי ושילמתי על זה ביוקר , אך המקום לא שווה את המחיר !!!!
