En una urbanización privada, idealmente situada entre Manuel Antonio y Quepos, Richard, un quebequés que lleva casi 30 años viviendo en la zona, ofrece pisos y casas de alquiler vacacional. Todos ellos tienen piscina privada (excepto los pisos que tienen piscina compartida) y disfrutan de unas vistas inmejorables en un parque muy tranquilo y arbolado con seguridad 24/7. Los huéspedes son atendidos por un conserje que está ahí para facilitarles la estancia. El personal es multilingüe en francés, inglés, español y alemán. Un servicio excepcional.

Our family of six just returned from a one week stay at Villa Mot Mot in Manuel Antonio Estates. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The accommodations were exactly as advertised and suited us perfectly. We especially enjoyed the monkeys. Very entertaining! The only drawback for my husband (85) and I (75) was the steep hill but the younger members of the family had no problem and we managed. Some taxi drivers took us almost all the way, which was helpful. The location, close to Quepos, was ideal for grocery shopping, restaurants and exploring. When we booked tours, we were picked up and dropped off. We all had a tour of Manuel Antonio National Park and Villa Vanilla Spice Farm. The younger ones had a kayak tour of the mangroves. All were excellent. I can’t say enough positives about Julio and Andres, who manage the office. They totally made our stay! The communication before our trip was detailed and very helpful and they always immediately responded to any requests while we were there. Their information and suggestions were very welcome! We had a wonderful holiday!

You are in an alive, living, tropical, environment! Birds, butterflies and the troop of monkeys who jump from tree to tree looking for food to jeep you company. The pool is very refreshing after a walk around.
