Señorial hotel, muy bien situado. Desayuno bueno y variado. La atención del personal buena pero poco alegre. Las habitaciones bien pero calor insoportable. El precio muy adecuado. Pedir que no os alojen en las habitaciones interiores, es una especie de corrala sin ventilación y con mucho ruido. Protestamos y de inmediato nos cambiaron a la planta 5 de otro ala.

Esperienza pessima la prima volta che capita una cosa del genere...pagato una stanza superior mesi prima...quando siamo arrivati il giorno 5/4/2024 verso le 20.30 ci hanno consegnato una stanza single mentre noi in 2 e pagata una superior....per contentino ci hanno dato una stanza mansarda il giorno dopo ci siamo dovuti rivolgere alla nostra agenzia per la truffa subita.....nel pomeriggio finalmente abbiamo avuto la stanza che avevamo già pagato mesi prima.....un servizio deludente

Camera pulite e spaziose, peccato per la piscina chiusa anche se idromassaggio è sauna funzionavano... Un hotel del genere deve però avere una doccia spaziosa e non una vasca scomodissima per fare la doccia... Le aree comuni sono bellissime e la colazione abbondante con personale gentile e operativo un gran Bell hotel Consigliatissimo!!!

Hotel bellissimo, pulitissimo, super comodo per raggiungere sia a piedi o con i mezzi vicinissimi ogni parte di Budapest, personale eccezionale, le camere sono spaziose e comode e silenziosissime e molto calde

Pessimo servizio, in camera non funzionava la luce dopo ripetuti solleciti ho dovuto cambiare stanza e prendere le mie cose al buio, nessuno si è preoccupato di aiutarmi.
Trasferito in una camera che dava in un atrio coperto, pessima stanza.
Personale scortese e poco propenso al cliente.
Buono solo il punto e la colazione per il resto hotel NON consigliato.

Ok, so this hotel has had some mixed reviews and I'm afraid some of the comments are justified. My biggest complaint was the temperature! It's hot!!!! I mean the room was approximately 26 degrees! And because of the layout and design many of the rooms do not have a window opening to the street. And as it was not peak season the air conditioning was not switched on so there was no way to cool the room. I did complain the next morning and to their credit we were moved to a room overlooking the street and I could at least open a window and cool the room however the bathroom wasn't venting properly so one had to keep the door open to vent the moisture! On the plus side the breakfast was continental/ buffet style with a nice selection and refreshed regularly. The staff were equally as nice and helpful and seemed genuinely concerned when I raised the issue with the room temperatures when checking out. Also, it advertised a swimming pool and spa but the swimming pool was closed and drained (due to COVID) and although the jacuzzi was filled I didn't see anyone use the facilities during our stay. The roof top bar was nice, affording views over the city to the west and the city of Buda. Again the staff were polite and friendly and it was a nice place to relax. (Unfortunately, at the time of writing there was a lot of construction going on across the city and I counted about a dozen tower cranes spoiling this view, although this is not the fault of the hotel, obviously).
I would also say the hotel is in a good, quiet location near to the parliament district and within easy walking distance to the Danube and downtown. It is clean, comfortable and nicely presented and, if they could sort out the room temperatures I would consider staying here again.

Elhelyezkedés, reggeli és az ágy nagyon rendben van. Magyarként hátrányban éreztem magam. A szoba nagysága, minősége, belső területre néző ablakkal nem egy 4*-os élmény.

Hotel je veľmi dobre situovaný,parkovanie cez vikend pred hotelom zadarmo(ak nájdete voľné). Vo wellness casti bazen nefunguje,iba vyrivka. Na izbach kava,caj,flasa vody. Izby boli ciste ,priestranne. Na streche je bar s peknym vyhladom,ale ceny su tam dost prehnane na napojovom listku(napr. Varene vino pohar cca 10€).

Etablissement fabuleux. Bien situé proche Métro et tramway, a proximité du parlement à 15 minutes à pieds du coeur des commerces. Énorme petits déjeuners, piscine, spa. Un vrai régal jy retournerai avec plaisir

Je n'y suis pas allé pour l'hôtel mais pour son rooftop exceptionnel, ouvert même à ceux qui ne sont pas à l'hôtel. Ouvert toute l'année et il est même plus intéressant l'hiver ( à partir de 16h) car il y a une patinoire et on a un panorama incroyable le soir sur les principaux bâtiments illuminés de Budapest! On est montés pour boire un vin chaud et manger une pâtisserie! A refaire en janvier 2019!
A savoir qu'il faut passer par la réception de l'hôtel et demander une carte qui donne accès au toit!

Magnifique terrasse sur le rooftop où il y a même une patinoire !
Le restaurant est l'hôtel est très bon et les menus sont à des prix très lucratifs.
Il y a aussi un espace détente situé au sous-col avec une piscine, un sauna et un hammam.
Le petit plus : il y avait un téléphone mis à disposition dans la chambre, ce qui permettait de le prendre avec nous pour utiliser google maps et éviter ainsi d'user toute notre 4G.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel!
