Situada en una tranquila calle del Viejo Quebec, la casa data de 1850 y puede albergar hasta 60 personas en sus trece habitaciones repartidas en tres plantas. Hay un espíritu baba-cool, como el que todavía se encuentra en algunas posadas de la provincia. Para comprar, la pequeña tienda de comestibles de al lado ofrece de todo. Servicios in situ: cocina totalmente equipada, sala común, hermoso patio interior, wifi y estación de Internet, taquillas en las habitaciones (traiga su propio candado). Aparcamiento de pago en el Ayuntamiento (descuentos por la noche y los fines de semana).

Great place to stay and meet and talk to fellow travellers
Just be aware it is a hostel style place with shared toilets and showers, which is the only reason I can't give 5 star.
I would be happy to stay again

Con:
- the vibes are just weird here
- super anti social
- no events
- tiny rooms with rock hard beds
- always a weird smell wafting through the place
Pros:
• Excellent location with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance.
• Convenient proximity to the train station and major sightseeing spots.
• A fantastic dining experience at Chez Temporel next door, with a 10% discount for hotel guests.
• Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Cons:
• The room itself is okay but lacks an extra chair and storage space.
• Horrible sound insulation – noise from outside and neighboring rooms was very clear and disruptive, making it very hard to sleep, especially late at night. I wish they could post reminder to guests to keep noise levels down after 11pm or so.
• Shared shower room was acceptable, but inadequate storage made it less convenient.
• There was no elevator as the building was old, unsuitable for individuals who may struggle with climbing steep staircases while carrying large luggage.
Overall, for future visits to Quebec City, I would rather pay a bit more for a quieter and more comfortable stay at somewhere else.
