Notre hôtel de choix lorsque nous désirons visiter le vieux Québec!
Voici une anecdote démontrant la qualité du service : Lors de notre dernière visite, il y a eu une panne d’électricité. Ma femme utilisant une machine dû à son apnée du sommeil, nous nous attendions à passer une mauvaise nuit. Nous avons appelé à la réception pour voir s’ils avaient une solution, sans vraiment à voir espoir. Une vingtaine de minutes plus tard, on cognait à notre porte : ils avaient trouvé une rallonge électrique d’une longueur faramineuse qu’ils avaient branché au bâtiment voisin !
Vraiment, vous ne trouverez pas mieux comme service dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie !

We loved our 3 night stay. Rooms were cleaned daily. Located in a super convenient location with lots of shops, nearby, and walking distance to all the attractions. We loved the breakfast option where they leave a basket on your door that has a variety of breakfast items. The lounge was a hit with the kids with lots of game options. Also enjoyed the coffee machine with lots of options available throughout the day.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we loved it just as much as the first time. We love the location, the staff (Pierrot is always so kind and helpful!) and of course the breakfast of fresh pastries hanging on our door each morning on waking, served in adorable picnic baskets. The organic, fair-trade coffee available in the lounge is also amazing :)

Wonderful hotel in Old Quebec in walking distance to lots of sites in Old Quebec. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very nice. The King room with fireplace was a nice size room. The Continental breakfast served in the picnic basket is worth it!

Our room was immaculate and shiek. I loved how the lounge had tons of board games, a coffee machine and massage chair.

Fantastic place. Amazing staff who are friendly and bilingual. The room was beautiful. Right in the heart of old Quebec. Parking not too far at City Hall. Great location, a large bath tub. Water and coffee provided with a place to fill up water bottles.

Wonderful stay centrally located in Old Quebec. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of USB outlets. Beds are firm. Housekeeping was very attentive and detailed in maintaining our rooms. Our family enjoyed the lounge for games, puzzles and coffees. The in room breakfast service was a top notch treat. During our stay our host and front desk clerk Pierrot was obliging and helpful with recommendations and assisting with services. It was always a delight to see him in the evening. We had an early departure at 430A and he was kind enough to not only arrange taxi services for two cars but also make sure to send us with breakfast care packages for our travels. We would happily stay here any time.

Great hotel, I cannot say enough about the place. The rooms were neat and unique with rock walls, the location is great, and there is a great downstairs area. But the best part is the incredible customer service from all of the employees.

We stayed here on a trip right before Christmas. You absolutely cannot beat the location, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room we stayed in was very tiny and a few things were unimpressive (no lotion in bathroom, the soap smelled cheap, etc), but it felt like a very good value nonetheless.

Un pequeño hotel de paso refinado que te hará vivir el sueño rebuscado. No puede estar mejor situado, cruza la puerta y se encontrará en el corazón de Quebec, en una de las calles más comerciales pero también las más populares de Quebec intramuros: ¡La Très Aimée Rue Saint-Jean! ¡Bienvenido a El servicio, il, irreprochable ti familiarizará con la famosa simpatía de Quebec y llegarás hasta enamorará. ¡Aún más que la propia habitación! ;)¡En cualquier caso, una preciosa dirección!

Je tenais à vous remercier pour le beau séjour. Votre établissement est très propre. Votre personnel très souriant et courtois. L’endroit est magnifique.
Les petits déjeuners servis dans les paniers en osier sont excellents. C’est une très belle attention de les offrir dans ce type de panier. Les bouteilles d’eau sérigraphiée aussi, c’est magnifique.
La machine espresso disponible au RC était très appréciée .
De plus, votre emplacement au cœur du Vieux-Québec facilite les déplacements. À 5 minutes de la gare, à proximité des bons restaurants et des boutiques, C’est génial.
J’aimerais aussi souligner l’appréciation des documents offerts par l’ancien propriétaire. Ça nous a permis de découvrir de magnifiques endroits inconnus. J’ai eu la chance de jouer le guide, et ce, tout à fait gratuitement :)
Vraiment, l’hôtel du Vieux-Québec est maintenant notre destination !
