Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο με έμφαση στο μαροκινό στιλ. Η υποδοχή της ρεσεψιόν ήταν άψογη και αρκετά βοηθητική παρέχοντας μας ακόμα και χάρτη για την σωστή καθοδήγηση μας. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και τους υπαλλήλους του service τον Hasan που σε έχουμε στην καρδιά μας ❤️και τον ευγενεστατο επίσης κύριο με τα γυαλιά μυωπίας που μας διαφεύγει το όνομα ???????????? ακόμα θυμάμαι το ελληνικό τραγούδι που μας έβαλες εκείνο το βράδυ ???? επίσης θα ήθελα να πω και ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στις καμαριέρες που φρόντιζαν πάντα το δωμάτιο με αγάπη και ροδοπέταλα ????

Je suis venu mangé seulement pas à l'hôtel et j'ai très bien mangé la Mrozia dans un décor romantique avec les bougainvilliers blancs et une remarque particulièrement pour le serveur Hassan d'une grande gentillesse

Siamo stati 3 notti presso il Riad Wow ed è stata un'esperienza incredibile. La struttura è davvero stupenda e curata nei minimi particolari, rispetta a pieno lo stile marocchino. Tutto lo staff gentilissimo e super disponibile pronto ad aiutarci o a darci qualche consiglio o suggerimento. La suite era pulitissima e venivano effettuate le pulizie ogni giorno. La colazione viene servita in terrazza ed è davvero squisita e vanta varia scelta. La posizione direi ottima. Lo consiglierei a tutti

This is a fabulous place to stay in Marrakech! Inside the Medina, you are very close to the wonderful souks and the excitements of Jemaa el-Fnaa.
The courtyard and our bedroom were both beautifully appointed and we had such a gorgeous tiled bath. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent (because we actually had it on for a while. In February!)
We also loved the rooftop which had loads of blooming flowers. Here we ate breakfasts of delicious Moroccan breads, pastries, and cooked-to-order omelettes. This was also a great destination for lunch after a morning roaming around the souks (try the Pastillas!) and a relaxing spot for a nightcap after an evening in the square.
The staff here is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay in Marrakech!

Incroyable expérience au Riad wow, chambre magnifique, spacieuse, très propre, voyage avec notre petit garçon de 3 ans, toute l’équipe aux petits soins, accueillant et une mention spéciale pour Mohammed à l’accueil d’une grande gentillesse, l’équipe du bar/petit déjeuner pareil,
Tout à étais parfait, on reviendra sans hésiter.

Wir waren nur im Hammam, aber das war exzellent! Sauber, gut riechend, nette Betreuung, wunderbare Massage danach, schöne Räume mit schöner Deko! Würde ich jedem empfehlen. Liegt direkt in der City - in einer Seitenstraße.

Superbe accueil dans une suite luxueuse et parfaitement décorée, très propre et confortable. Le riad est magnifique et le personnel aux petits soins. Le rooftop est également sympathique, le petit déjeuner est fourni mais il manque de quoi agrémenter les crêpes milles trou, les pancakes…etc Je recommande pour une escapade sereine.

Centrally located beautiful moroccan Riad. Beautifully decorated and helpful staff. We stayed for 1 night and we had suit which had private stair case to go up in the room and from the room it had private access to the terrace. We had a double bed and in the room there were 2 single bed. The room had beautiful hand carved wooden doors. The room had a lot of Moroccan props. The bathroom had shower cubicle and bath tub both beautifully tiled and had brass fittings. To welcome us the room and bathroom were decorated with towel sculpture and fresh rose petals. We arrived on 22nd Jan and the lady on the reception was extremely helpful and made us reservation for the restaurant opposite to the hotel. She also arranged for a staff to help us get our luggage in the room. The next day breakfast was tasty and had hot and cold food items. The breakfast staff (guy with glasses in picture and a lady) were soo sweet and helpful. We felt very welcome. That day when we were leaving we asked if we can leave our luggage on Thursday afternoon and collect it in evening before we take the train to tangier. They said yes with a smile. It was awesome
Experience till we arrived back on Thursday to leave our stuff and the lady on the reception did not share good vibes and looked like she was reluctant to help. We asked for Moroccan tea and we paid for it and asked if she could get a taxi where she took her own sweet time will another guy came and told her something and the cab came. It looked like she did not want to get help for getting our luggage in taxi as well. But the guy who came was happily helping and the lady was not impressed. Over all happy with riad wow staff and facility ( minus the lady on the reception on Thursday)

The staff at Riad Wow are what makes it a great place to stay. Mohammed welcomed us in the late hours of the night and offered his personal phone for us to order a snack as the kitchen had closed. Fatima at the front desk reception in the afternoons (until 7 pm) was extremely helpful and kind when answering all of our questions and requests. Hassan at the rooftop restaurant was very courteous and helped time our breakfast so that everyone received a warm and fresh meal.

Staff friendly just missed the support to deal with the local „parking mafia“ which is systematically blocking all parking places and makes a business out of it.
Location quite good but still silent.

Este e o pior riad de Marrakech reservei a suite familiar e deram me um quarto escuro feio e muito sujo reclamei na recepcao a funcionaria foi arrogante e nao nos tronco o quarto viemos embora a suite familiar as fotos nao existe fujam deste riad

Great experience! The riad is located just a short walk from the main square but is far enough removed from the older buildings that it didn't seem to have endured much damage from the recent earthquake - we felt very safe & comfortable here. Working AC was a huge plus for the heat in Marrakesh, the WiFi was decent & the bathroom was luxurious. Yummy breakfast and friendly staff, especially Hassan who works the upstairs terrace. My father in-law had a new grandson on the trip and upon finding out, Hassan celebrated with us and even brought a surprise gift for the baby the next day. Thank you Hassan, your kindness really went the extra mile! The woman working at the front desk was also very welcoming and always smiling. We had a very pleasant stay here!

The moment I arrived at the impossible time of midnight, a warm welcome was awaiting me. A cool drink & a club sandwich and basket of fruit was waiting in my room; a very thoughtful touch & much appreciated.
This perfectly located Riad with opulent decor and its lovely staff goes above & beyond in service to its clients.
Nothing is too much trouble and it makes a memorable experience for guests.
A big thank you to Fatima for allowing me to use the front desk computer to check in for my flight.
The ever smiling Hassan & Simo in the rooftop restaurant for prompt service with faultless memories for preferences.
My wonderful room cleaner (apologies for not remembering your name) always had my mess tidied and my laundry returned on time.
The kitchen chefs and staff for producing incredibly tasty food, my expanded waistline is the evidence of their skills.
