I stayed at Riad Talaa12 for 4 nights and loved every second of it. This riad is located in the middle of everything, this vibrant city has to offer and offers a spacious room to breath and come down.

The rooms, as well as the shared spaces are well designed. The staff very kind, thoughtful and always has an open ear or a great recommendation.

Not a single thing to complain about. Thank you ????

El Riad tiene una excelente ubicación, es lindo y tranquilo. El personal es muy amable y atento en especial Othma, nos atendió y ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos.

A really pleasant experience. The Riad/Hotel is lovely and authentic. Generally the staff is helpful and friendly, but the member of staff Othman took it above and beyond. He was beyond friendly and saw that all our needs and questions were attended to immediately. The breakfast was delicious. It was an amazing and authentic experience, would recommend.

Jan2023. The room is very spacious and the hotel the basic amenities. It is very simple and elegantly decorated. The staff are very friendly. There are very few rooms, and the Riad is very quiet and this Riad has no restaurant and no live music at night. You will need the tranquility after spending a few o hours in the Medina. Can only recommend this Riad.

P/s: please do not try to drive to this hotel ( I tried). Park elsewhere and you need to walk to the hotel.

Lovely place where you would think of ancient times people living in such breathtaking views and moments. Staff Mohammed and Othman are very awesome and welcoming as they helped us settle all our items down. The location is just 30 meter to Ben Yousif School, Marrakech Museum, and Grand Mosque.

Beautiful authentic riad with clean nice rooms and most of all - with the BEST hospitality!!!
Muhammad, the supervisor, made our stay at the Riad, and basically in Marrakech in general, just perfect!

Such a lovely beautiful Riad with amazing hospitality!! We had a lovely stay at Talaa 12, Muhammad was amazing and took great care of us, to make sure we will have the best stay. The Riad is situated in a wonderful central location, close to all main attractions, but once in the Riad, it’s quiet and tranquil. The dinner and breakfast were great, they prepared for us also vegan options and accommodated our dietary needs. Such a wonderful place!!! Highly recommended!

눀 – Fabulous stay in this stunning riad, an oasis in the middle of the Medina. The suite was gorgeous, spacious and very comfortable. A/C was a welcomed plus as the nights were still quite hot in September. Nice big bathroom and we even had a little private sitting area on the landing overlooking the patio. The riad was so peaceful and relaxing, especially during the day when other guests were out.
Location was ideal : close to the souks but in a quieter area, right next to the Medersa Ben Youssef which made it easy to find.
What truly made our stay special was the warm and welcoming hospitality of the staff, Karam, Mohammed and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. All our transfers were organised, Mohammed booked us taxis for evening outings to restaurants and personnaly walked us back from the taxi station at night so we wouldn't get lost.
On our last day our party was leaving on different flights and my sister was allowed to use the room until she had to leave in the afternoon and they even cooked her lunch.
Breakfast was another highlight, served daily on one of the beautiful terraces and absolutely delicious.
All in all this is a wonderful place to stay in the Medina, I would 100% recommend it and would stay again on my next trip to Marrakech.

Très beau riad très au calme et extrêmement bien situé. Décoration élégante, arbres au centre ont été conservés, suite très confortable.
Personnel d’une grande gentillesse et très professionnel.

Petit déjeuner correct mais pourrait être mieux compte tenu de la catégorie et du prix. Manque de fruits et de diversité.
