Excellent 5-star service, great location 5 min walk to Koutoubia Mosque and Jema. I loved the aroma of orange trees and freshly squeezed juice. The menu at the resTaurant could use a little more variety though.

Very outdated. There are a lot of other riads in Marrakech that are way more nice for the same or cheaper price. The service was good though.

Un vrai voyage dans le temps au Maroc! Un magnifique petit palais, plein d’histoire!L’ excellence du service! nous avons été reçus comme des rois! Merci au directeur des lieux qui a été aux petits soins! Le déjeuner, cuisine très créative, produits très frais, un vrai délice ! Merci pour cet incroyable voyage ! Mon hôtel préféré à Marrakech !

Idéalement situé dans le coeur de Marrakech, un service hors pair…que demandez de plus ? Nous n’avons qu’une seule envie, y retourner encore et encore.

Un lieu d'exception et un Directeur qui l'attrait tout autant. Monsieur Compagnon, qui vient de quitter, a su donner à cet établissement une renommée méritée.

Entrare in questo meraviglioso Riad è semplicemente un sogno.
Siamo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio ed i canti degli uccellini ci hanno accolto.
La famiglia Relais & Chateaux è sempre una grande garanzia, ma questa proprietà ne rappresenta ancor di più tutti i valori.
Personale gentile e disponibile, camera incantevole con camino ed atmosfera unica.
Dormite rigeneranti, colazione e cena d’eccellenza.
Posizione a due passi dal centro e pochi minuti dall’aeroporto, ritorneremo sicuramente!

If ultimate luxury, tranquility and exceptional amenities are a top priority for you in a hotel- you will not be disappointed!
This "Riad" is so special because every room is uniquely designed- the property is a bit of a maze but discovering the indoor bar or popping up to the rooftop pool is all part of the charm.
There is a kitchen at the hotel and the food is very refined and elegant- but what I adore most is that lunch service is typically outside by the pool, whereas breakfast and dinner are served in a different dining rooms every day.
The Hammam is breathtaking and you're missing out if you don't treat yourself to a traditional Moroccan scrub.
The rooms were spacious, softly decorated, and every moment the gentle scent of orange blossoms could be noted in the air.
The staff wait on you hand and foot- there is no small detail left unnoticed.
Impeccable.
