À quelques minutes du centre, au début de la palmeraie, cet écrin de verdure est extrêmement ressourçant ! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec dressing et joliment décorées, la piscine chauffée toute l’année et les bed qui l’entourent sont top. Le personnel est adorable et se plie en 4 pour vous satisfaire !! Encore merci pour ces 3 jours d’un dépaysement total !! Nous reviendrons !!

I am amazed by the hospitality received from the moment we arrived, the attentive welcome tea and biscuits outside in the lounge by the pool, the extra mile everyone went to accommodate us and create an absolutely magical experience and memories. We were a group of 9 people and they would even change the decoration of the space to accommodate tables for us to have breakfast in the morning, I thought that was exceptional of them and really shows how stellar they are in the sector of hospitality. Would highly recommend and will visit again. The entire establishment smells incredible. They also provide the best transport company and wouldn't choose otherwise.

Stayed for 4 nights in February, booked through a booking agent but you can book directly. As we arrived the experience began. Staff are so helpful and happy to do anything for you. Met with mint tea and sat to relax by the pool as they delivered our case to our room. Only a small amount of rooms here so very exclusive, is very quiet and relaxing being slightly outside the main city. No noise of cars, roads etc, very quiet and serene which is exactly what we wanted for a couples retreat. Rooms were all en suite and roomy, large comfortable beds and air con. Our was upstairs so had a south facing balcony but ground floor rooms had private terraces. The accomodation building is round so there is no being overlooked by your neighbour, feels very private. Indeed we only saw a handful of travellers for or whole stay. Breakfast serve between 8 and 10 consisted of breads, cakes, jams and honey, eggs served as scrambled, boiled or omelette. A fruit salad, yoghurt and tea or coffee. Absolutely plenty to fill you for the morning. The in house restaurant also serves lunch from a menu and takes bookings for dinner. Food can be served inside the dining room or on the terrace - seems to depend on the weather and temperature. Good food and well prepared from the French owners kitchen. For dinner they like to take your order when you book so they can prepare for your arrival. A good selection of wines available from the menu too. Hotel has a bar too which is accessible all day. Nice to have afternoon mint tea by the pool. Tea is always served with some mini cakes. The pool is heated and located right outside the main villa dining room/bar/reception building. There are day beds and sun loungers as well as coffee table areas that surround the pool for your comfort. There is a covered dining terrace at one end that we had lunch under. The grounds and gardens are fairly large, plenty enough for the guests staying and we were able to move sun loungers onto the grassed areas in the grounds for sun positioning and further privacy. There is also boules/petanque area available to guests at no cost. There are some delightful art sculptures dotted around the grounds which add a little je ne sais quai. Being out of town it is quiet but if you wish to venture in, the hotel will order you a taxi to take you into the medina (or anywhere else) and arrange for them to bring you back later. This is a private firm so no haggling with yellow cab drivers on prices. You probably pay a little more for a round trip (maybe £25) but it’s all convenient as it’s billed to your room with no need to deal in cash. A cab to the medina is around 10 minutes though the traffic. Almost everything supplied or provided is billed directly to your room so convenient to deal with one itemised bill at the end of the week. The hotel offers arranged tours at the reception desk ranging from food tours, Atlas Mountains and hot air balloon trips. They also have a partner that offers massage and spa treatments - body, head massages, scrubs, manicure pedicure etc. All reasonably priced and the masseurs come to your room to perform the treatments, no need to go anywhere. Again, all billed directly to your room. No hammam offered though as no facilities for steam/sauna or wash room. In all we had an absolutely fantastic and relaxing time here. Ordered what we wanted when we wanted it and no noise or staff bothering you for any upsell during the day. Able to relax, soak up the sun, read a book in perfect surroundings with very little other people around. If you want a serene, peaceful break then this is worth booking. Don’t expect pool bars, karaoke and organised kids clubs. The staff were absolutely great and assured to make this a lovely trip. If I had to offer anything as an upgrade to this villa, there were no robes in the rooms or blankets for sitting out on a cooler evening. Other than that, we could not fault Villa Al Assala for giving us a memorable and enjoyable break in Marrakech.

An amazing place, the staff were so friendly, food was fantastic, super relaxing, great location away from the hustle and bustle but also not far. Can't say how amazing the staff were.

Bit far from the old Medina but that make it a quiet environment which is a plus

Eine Villa außerhalb von Marrakesch, aber nur 3 km bis in die Medina. Wir waren froh, dass wir nicht ein Riad in der Altstadt gebucht hatten. Hier draußen war frische Luft. Die Villa hat nur 10 Suiten und man kann in Ruhe am Pool relaxen. Das Personal ist super aufmerksam und freundlich.

Je recommande vivement la Villa Al Assala. Nous avons passés des vacances idylliques: « du luxe chaleureux ». Un grand merci à Didier et Valentin pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur humour. Nous avons adoré le séjour. Une mention spéciale à l’équipe pour leurs sourires, bienveillance, gentillesse. Tout le monde était vraiment au petit soin. Des petits déjeuner bien garnis et délicieux, n’hésitez pas à aller au restaurant les plats sont préparés avec amour. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !!!

La piscina está extremadamente sucia y verde desde que hemos llegado.
El personal no entiende el inglés.
No te explican lo que te sirven en la mesa.
No hacen ni un esfuerzo por recomendarte visitas o excursiones. Menos mal que existe google.
No hay teléfono en la habitación y hay que buscar al personal por la villa.
Si me siento a desayunar o a cenar me tengo que levantar para ir a buscar a alguien que me atienda.
Menos mal que esta estadía ha sido un regalo y no lo pago de mi bolsillo sino estaría muy enfadada.
NO LO RECOMIENDO, NO ES UN 5* ni en servicio y ni en instalaciones.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel en famille à Villa Al Assala, un petit paradis dirigé par une personne exceptionnelle : Mr Didier présent et aux petits soins de ses clients avec sa charmante fille Valentine. Un grand merci pour le dîner qui nous a été préparé et offert avec beaucoup d’amour par le grand chef Mr Didier à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de ma fille, rendant cet événement encore plus beau. Le gâteau d’anniversaire aussi était top. Un grand merci aussi à Valentine qui était présente à tout moment de la journée pour voir ce qui nous manquait. Accueil très chaleureux par tout le personnel de l’hôtel sans exception qui était d’une gentillesse remarquable. Endroit très calme, reposant, relaxant. Piscine magnifique. Petit déjeuner servis à table, très diversifié et très généreux. Les autres repas préparés avec amour, à tout moment de la journée, très bons, généreux. Personnel très agréable. Service excellent. Mérite bien plus que 5 étoiles. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir plus souvent.

Un grand merci à Valentine et à son papa ainsi qu’à l’ensemble du personnel, vous avez été au top ! La Villa Al Assala est un havre de paix, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Le lieu est magnifique avec peu de suites donc au calme et intimiste. La cuisine est délicieuse avec un 5 étoiles pour l’épaule d’agneau et le burger.

الصراحه التعامل سيئ جداً اتصلت للأستفسار عن الحجز وقد كان الموضف يقوم بعدم احترام الالفاض ونا لم انطق له اي شي غلط وكان ذالك بسبب قد قلت له انكان لديك واتساب ابعث لي رساله لكي اخث التفاضيل اكثر ولاكن كان سيى للغايه غير ناصح للتعامل معهم

Un bon compromis entre l'hôtel et le ryad. Un service au top. Très belle établissement. Un peu à l'écart de la ville pour être au calme.
