Very nice place and rooms are gorgeous and the bathrooms are huge. Location couldn’t be any better as it is right off Grafton St. Expensive but definitely worth it as an experience for a special occasion

The food in the side car bar was an absolute rip off! Tasteless small measly ceaser salad and basic tasteless club sandwich for €80! We couldn’t believe how ripped off we felt. €80 for a bit of salad and cheep bread sandwich you would expect more from a place that is supposed to have 5 stars. Disgraceful to think they rip people off like this every day!

Automatic door was locked and no doormen in attendance. Had to use the revolving door while pulling luggage. Again, no doormen in attendance to ensure my safe exit and control who pushed in behind me. Staff have no training to call an ambulance and/or provide a taxi service for medical treatment. I was threatened that if I made a claim this would happen.

'We can confirm that in the event of a personal injury claim being made we have instructions that liability will be denied in full and that we have instructions to seek recovery of all costs incurred though the defence of any claim'. So, avoid.
