A wonderful place to stay, eat, drink, whatever brings you to Füssen. The food and drinks are delicious, the rooms wonderful and comfortable and everybody here works with a smile and is willing to make sure each guests gets the best service possible

The staff here was the most helpful I have ever experienced and I travel all year long for work. I had an issue with my car rental and the manager, along with a couple receptionist, helped to sort things out and my family and I were able to continue on our trip with minimal delays. This along with a very warm and cozy environment and friendly staff makes this a place I would return to anytime I visit Fussen!

Great hotel close to the shops in Füssen and convient to Neuschwanstein. Desk was very helpful during my stay and the rooms are nice. Also appreciate the coin laundry.

Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad ( junto a la oficina de turismo). Las habitaciones están muy limpias. Son amplias y acogedoras. Las camas son muy cómodas. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno y variado y el salón y la recepción están bien decorados. El personal es muy amable. Hay plazas de aparcamiento y te regalan un bono de transporte. A destacar las buenas vistas de la terraza que hay en el último piso. Muy recomendable. Me gustó mucho, sin duda repetiré.

Excellent service from hotel's reception, enthauatically introduce us the facility of the hotel, also provide Füssen guest card for public transportation and museum visit! Very good experience from staying here! In addition, hotel inside is very beautiful, full of decorations (such as book shelf and rocking chair, quite good for taking photos????), and the location of the hotel is also very good, walking can find restaurants with high ranking, REWE as a supermarket is also near♥️ easy to find supplies if needed.

Hotel mítico en Fussen. Mi primera visita a ese hotel fue en el año 1992, cuando era regentado por Herr Schwecke, que hacia las delicias de los turistas japonese tocando el piano. Mut buena gastronomía y habitaciones confortables.

Very nice hotel located at the beginning of the old town. The hotel’s rooms have been recently renovated and they are very comfortable and spacious. The staff is really welcoming you with a smile and they provide you many information about your stay. They really make yourself feeling like at home. The only think I would improve are: add a tea maker device in the bedroom and increase the size of the towels for the shower.

Abbiamo optato anche per la cena e per gustare una tipicità bavarese. Siamo rimasti estasiati. La camera anch'essa molto belle e soprattutto molto pulita.

Füssen ist einfach immer eine Reise wert. Unser Hotel war super. Trotz voller Belegung hat man überhaupt keine Hektik oder Stress gespürt. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunderbares Zimmer. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer für vier Personen. Service, Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut.

Great hotel, conveniently located in front of the historical center of Fussen. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Restaurant! Gerne wieder!

Leider kann ich mich den besseren Bewertungen nicht anschließen. Unser Zimmer war im alten Bereich des Hotels und uns war bis zum Zeitpunkt unserer Übernachtung nicht klar, dass solche Zimmer überhaupt noch angeboten werden.

Geschätzt war das (Mini-)Zimmer ca.13-15qm groß, was bedeutet, dass keine Ablageflächen vorhanden waren. Wir reisten mit kleinem Gepäck (2 Kabinenkoffer), welches nicht auf die schmale Kofferablage passte und was dazu führte, dass sich die Zimmertür sonst nicht mehr öffnen ließ. Dafür standen zwei Stühle im Raum, die den restlichen Platz für unsere Köfferchen wegnahmen.

Das Zimmer ging auf die Bundesstraße und zum Biergarten, mit dem Ergebnis, dass der Lärm der Straße die ganze Nacht präsent ist. Die letzten lärmende Gäste haben den Biergarten nach 23:00 Uhr verlassen. Bei offenem Fenster zieht der Rauch der Gäste direkt ins Zimmer, für Nichtraucher ein "no go"!

Da das Fenster des Zimmers dazu auch noch nach Süden ging und bei unserem Besuch knapp 30 Grad waren, heizte sich der Raum in kürzester Zeit auf und machte ein Schlafen bei geschlossenem Fenster unmöglich.

Leider ist das Zimmer NICHT KLIMATISIERT, was für uns bei diesem Preis unglaublich war. Nach Anfrage um ein Klimagerät an der Rezeption, wurde uns ein alter Tischventilator angeboten, der dann die ganze Nacht eigene Geräusche gemacht hat und welchen wir dann auch noch selbst ins Zimmer tragen sollten.

Nach einer schlimmen Nacht ohne Schlaf, haben wir uns gefragt, wer heute noch auf diesen 80iger Jahre Charme steht (Stichwort Themenzimmer) und können dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Vor allem, da es nur ein paar Kilometer weiter für das gleiche Geld wesentlich mehr Leistung gibt. Wir waren super enttäuscht und kommen definitiv nicht mehr.

Keine Ahnung wer hier die Zielgruppe sein soll, aber scheinbar geht man davon aus, dass die dummen Touries ja eh nur eine Nacht bleiben und sich dann nicht beschweren. Unter Gastfreundschaft haben wir im Nachbarland (Österreich), und wie bereits geschrieben, ein paar Kilometer weiter, etwas ganz anderes erlebt.

Recepción encantadora en comportamiento tradicional bávaro. Habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas pero muy desayuno con media chacinería no muy terrible. Idem para las ensaladas de frutas Buen sitio un poco a la divergencia del centro muy siendo muy cercano
