The absolutely best and most memorable kayak experience. We had the best guide on earth (Mossi you legend) who created a truly exceptional morning out.

The kayak is really easy for any level of fitness and the interaction with the seals was just mind blowing. They so cute and engaging. This exceeded every one of our expectations. Can’t recommend this enough!

Die 3 Sterne gibt es nur für das Erlebnis und die Fahrt.
Was mich als Local/Namibier sehr ärgert, ist, dass bei der Buchung über Swako Info ein Preis vereinbart wurde mit Transfer, der am Morgen der Cruise nicht mehr aktuell war. Leider hatte ich dann keine Möglichkeit mehr zum verhandeln.
Ich musste den vollen Touristen Preis bezahlen.
Hätte ich das gewusst, wäre ich nicht mit der Gesellschaft gefahren.
Und bei der nächsten Krise heißt es dann wieder "lokal is lecker".

Sehr schöne Katamarantour zu Robben in Begleitung mit Pelikanen und auch einer Robbe als "blinde Passagiere". Fachkundige Erläuterungen durch den Guide. Aufmerksame Bewirtung durch die Crew. Der Ausflug ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Catamaran trip was amazing. Never seen pelican or seal this close. They even came on the boat and were very friendly.

Trip started at 9 am. And lasted 3,5 hour, which was a good time. There were open bar and little Lunch with oysters etc.

We had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and professional. The tour was very informative and interesting. We saw seals, pelicans, Mola-Mola fish, dolphins and we were exceptionally luckily to see a whale! Lovely. Would absolutely do it again!

Perfect experience on the catamaran with our instructor and the crew. We couldn’t expect more than what they have done. Wise explanations about ocean and its animal, tasty snacks and blanckets to keep warm while you are enjoying the boat. We recommand this excursion !!!

We went on two tours with Catamaran Charters and had two totally different experiences. I will start with the good:

(1) Dolphin and Seal Cruise - 5 STARS
Our morning cruise was fantastic! The guide was incredibly engaging, informative, and funny. The cruise assistants were also extremely kind and welcoming and the food and drink were delicious. Absolutely nothing bad to say about our morning cruise! We would definitely recommend this.

(2) Sandwich Harbor 4x4 Excursion - 0 STARS
After an awesome morning on the water, we were so disappointed to get a really bad 4x4 guide in the afternoon. I think his name was Lane? Something like that? (very large man in athletic shorts). Whatever his name is he could not have seem less interested in guiding us. He barely spoke - offering no background of what we were seeing on the drive, no history of the area, no education on the dunes - absolutely nothing. We learned more about the drive by reading the tour description page on the website. The only time he offered any input was in response to one of our questions. He also could not have cared less about my family's experience. We stopped at several places along the drive but at no one point did he exit the truck and not once did he offer to take our family photo. Every time he just sat in the truck and waited rather impatiently for us to return so he could keep driving. Finally, at the beginning of the tour it was explained to us that we would stop at the end for a snack of fresh oysters with champagne and Namibian beer. That sounded amazing and I was really looking forward to my beer at the top of the dunes! That is until I saw our guide take all the beer out of the cooler in our truck at one of the early stops on the tour and hand it to another guide in a different truck. So much for that.. Really bad experience and we will try a different tour operator on our next trip to Namibia.

Nous avons réservé la sortie bateau pour voir otaries, dauphins, baleine...
Le bateau n était pas trop gros, donc nous étions une vingtaine à bord .
Les otaries et pélicans qui montent sur le bateau font le show .
Ballade bien menée, staff super.
Belle collation copieuse.
Apporter des vêtements chauds car malgré les couvertures, il fait froid.

Отличный аттракцион - прогулка по океану, осмотр лежбищ котиков, приятное дополнение в виде фуршета с устрицами и шампанским. У нас был крытый катамаран, очень комфортный с закрытыми окнами, было тепло. Наш гид Билли и его помощник Джексон были очень доброжелательны и услужливы. Все понравилось !

Niby wszystko ok, (oprócz dużego opóźnienia) ale uwaga: jeśli będziesz niezdrowy i nie będziesz mógł wykorzystać wycieczki to nie zwrócą ani centa. W naszym przypadku na 6 osób jedna zachorowała i nawet części ceny nie zwrócili

Billy and his team were such gracious hosts. Gave us a superb tour of the Ocean , he definitely knows everything there is to know about it. We managed to catch a glimpse of 3 whales, some dolphins, the sunfish and jellyfish! A seal even jumped on our boat! It was a beautiful and perfect tour! The food was also really good. The Zebra and Oryx was so tasty! 20/10 recommend!

Haben die Tour am 29.09. mit Ernst als Tourleiter unternommen.
Ernst überzeugte mit seinem Fachwissen über und unter Wasser und der Humor kam auch nicht zu kurz.5 Sternemenü inklusive Austern und Getränke haben den Ausflug abgerundet.Die Crew war perfekt, toller Service .Für uns ein schöner Ausflug.

Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an diese Bootstour mit Catamaran Charters in Wavis Bay. Erst recht nicht, als wir ziemlich viele Kunden am Pier sahen. Aber die große Menge wurde schnell in kleinere Gruppen aufgeteilt und auf verschiedene SILVER-Katamarane verteilt.

Dann sorgte eine Reihe von positiven Ereignissen (sowohl große als auch liebevolle Details) für ein tolles Erlebnis.

Gerade an Bord dachte ich, ich werde erfrieren; nur eine Minute später, als ob sie meine Gedanken gelesen hätten, verteilten sie Decken, dann heißen Kaffee, dann einen Seemannsschnaps, und das Frieren war überwunden.

Als nächstes kam die Show mit den Robben und den Pelikanen. Ein absoluter Hit. Beeindruckend und urkomisch, dazu unter Einhaltung des nötigen Respekt und Abstand zu den wilden Tieren.

Dann machten wir uns auf den Weg, um Wale und Delfine zu sehen. Und siehe da, wir sahen Wale und Delfine genau neben dem Boot, und so lange, bis uns warm ums Herz wurde. Dann weiter zur Robbenkolonie. Monika, die Cheffin am Bord, erklärte alles und antwortete auf die vielen Fragen mit Witz und fundiertem Wissen.

Wir schwebten schon auf einer Glückswolke, als die super nette Crew ankündigte, dass der Snack fertig sei: Champagner, frische Wavis Bay Austern, sowohl roh als auch überbacken; Schnittchen, Fingerfood, Süßigkeiten... schön präsentiert, köstlich. Das war die Kirsche auf dem Sahnehäubchen.

Wir können diesen Bootsausflug sehr empfehlen, eine großartige Tour!
