Perfectamente situado entre el centro y el puerto deportivo, el Indigo es un buen punto de partida para explorar la bonita ciudad de Santa Bárbara. Las habitaciones son cómodas y agradables, el interior, un buen ejemplo de mezcla de arquitectura histórica y de diseño contemporáneo. Nos gusta mucho el toque artístico por todas partes de las habitaciones y las salas comunes.

The front desk didn’t care and showed lots of attitude towards my situation. They had me call the bank - and then release the hold just to leave even though both of my accounts were clearly charged twice and you can clearly see my accounts were drained of everything . ( Over the weekend holds are not released right away ) . Because of this I was left broke and didn’t have any Cash at all during my last three days of vacation . And NOW charged me again 3 days later .
They did NOTHING to compensate me for such an ordeal. I would not recommend this hotel if you don’t have extra cash bc they will charge you several times in a row and then say sorry when you’re left with nothing .
Services? No fridge, or elevator (not sure how a motility challenged individual would stay here). Drinking water - bring your own.
Location - did i mention the train line adjacent to the hotel. Thin walls and train noises- hope you're a deep sleeper.
Great shops and restraunts nearby.
