施設は自然の中にあってチルな時間を過ごせました！夕日が最高に綺麗でした！

Good place to relax and refresh.

This was by far the worst experience i ever had with a local agency, i only can say The Old Bridge should immediately stop playing with people safety, please never book a tour with them as long as you don’t want to risk your life!! We were a group of travellers and book our 6 days safari a lot in advance, is impossible to list all the bad things were happening but let’s start with some episodes: the owner didn’t give us any information about the pick up time so we had to wait hours at the hotel while wasn’t answering at the phone then showed up at noon and making us miss half safari day. We found out he was managing everything last minute and because of this, we had many troubles during the trip. One of the cars he provided was having mechanical issues and we got stucked several times being forced to push it to make it move, i let you imagine how does it feel/how safe it is to push a car in a place where lions are just next to the corner! We were having no permit to access Savuti park until the night before and they didn’t provide enough fuel so we had to wait half day for a person to bring it, loosing another day of safari. We also found out we were totally disconnected with no possibility to ask for help or assistance in case something bad would have happened, no walkie talkie or phone provided to the guides. This is just a part of this awful experience and hope this review will help some people to avoid to be scammed, please don’t book with Martin if you’re carying about your safety!!

Do not go on tour organized by the con man who owns "The Old Bridge Tours and Safaris". We were a group of 11 people who had booked a 6 days safari, nobody arrived at the time the safari was supposed to start, after numerous phone calls and hours of waiting, 2 local guides stepped in to manage the tour. They had to use the vehicles of Old Bridge Tours and Safaris which were clearly unsuited for such a journey. The vehicles broke down several times, not 4 wheeldrive and generally in a very poor condition - this means we were all standing outside the vehicles, sometimes for an hour at time, we felt unsafe, on top of that losing our precious safari time.
I strongly recommend never to book with this company. I wish the police in Maun will do something to stop this guy soon.

Pessimo, stare alla larga da questo posto. Il proprietario è un truffatore sudafricano che sfrutta la povera gente locale. Il ns safari organizzato con loro si è salvato soltanto grazie alle guide freelancer e i ragazzi della crew che ci hanno letteralmente salvato il c*** in più di una occasione. Altrimenti saremmo rimasti a piedi in mezza alla savana su due jeep vecchie, senza GPS, kit di pronto soccorso e strumenti per sopravvivere. Nemmeno i due litri di acqua al giorno da programma ci han fatto trovare. State alla larga da questo soggetto, spero venga presto arrestato! Deve molto soldi in giro a Maun, si dice

Martin is a scammer!!! Stay away from safari too.
We left several hours late, in old broken jeeps without security tools (no radio, no first aid kit, 4x4 doesn't work, etc.) per 5 days safari in a no-network area of Botswana. And we only found out too late that The Old Bridge Tours is no stranger to these problems

Hicimos una reserva en "The Old Bridge Backpackers and Safaris" de Maun para los días 21 y 22 de julio de este año 2023 nos cobraron el 20% de la estancia. Cuando llegamos allí y habiendo hablado con ellos sobre actividades y safaris descubrimos que el hotel está CERRADO POR REFORMAS y que no podemos alojarnos allí. Nos dejaron en la calle y por supuesto no nos devolvieron el dinero. A día de hoy nos siguen dando largas y no nos devuelven nuestro dinero. Conclusión es una ESTAFA. No reservéis aquí os ROBAN EN LA CARA. La reforma se la estamos pagando los clientes estafados.
NADA recomendable.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. THE OWNER MARTIN FLATTERY DOES NOT WANT TO REIMBURSE ME AND MY GROUP. WE PAID IN ADVANCE AND WHEN WE GOT THERE THE HOSTEL WAS SHUT DOWN. HE KEEPS IGNORIRNG ME AND NOT WILLING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS STEALING!

¡No reservéis en este alojamiento! ¡Está cerrado! Pese a estar cerrado admiten reservas. Llegas y no te abren la puerta, no hay nadie te dejan en la calle. Además, cobran un 20% por adelantado pese a no atenderte. Hace 3 semanas de nuestra reserva y aún no nos han devuelto el dinero. ¡Es una estafa!

Ladrones, esa es mi valoración.
Nos cobraron antes de llegar y nos encontramos las puertas cerradas, cuando en el mismo día nos aseguraban por TF que estarían esperandonos dándonos su ubicación.
No nos han dado la devolución de lo pagado.
Espero que esto pueda ayudar a los que como nosotros tuvimos que buscar sobre la marcha otro hospedaje.

Una vergüenza. Reservamos con ellos, nos siguieron el rollo, cogieron el dinero y luego estaba cerrado ciando llegamos. Una estafa en toda regla.
No reservéis bajo ningún concepto.

A l'écart de la ville de Maun qui n'a d'autre intérêt qu'être un lieu de ravitaillement ou d'envol pour se rendre dans les réserves ou effectuer le survol du delta (à ne pas manquer!), le Old Bridge est un endroit fort sympa où l'on peut camper ou être hébergé sous des tentes en semi-dur (avec WC et douche privés en plein air) qui donnent sur la rivière. Le matin les enfants traversent le vieux pont à côté pour aller à l'école. Bonnes grillades au restaurant qui ferme à 20 heures. Attention les prix indiqués le sont par personne et ont été relevé en décembre 2016. La résa se fait directement sur leur site internet et se confirme quelques jours avant.
