De hotelkamer was prima qua grootte voor 3 personen. Badkamer was netjes, alleen het douchegordijn was niet heel schoon. Daarnaast werden (terwijl wij nog verbleven in het hotel) spullen zomaar van ons weggegooid en verplaatst. Zoals o.a. plastic flesjes waar wij uit dronken. Toen wij hier op terug kwamen werd er niet heel vriendelijk hierop gereageerd. Bijzonder dat je in 19 jaar hier nog nooit een klacht over hebt ontvangen. Ik heb in heel wat hotels geslapen en nog nooit is er zomaar iets van mij weggegooid.
Op de website stond: verwelkomt onze gasten met een grote glimlach. Deze glimlach was alles behalve te vinden gedurende ons verblijf in dit hotel. De meneer die in het hotel werkte had er weinig zin in. Straalde geen enthousiasme uit en laten we niet eens beginnen over hoe wij werden aangesproken + afgesnauwd. Nu liep de gastvrouw ook niet echt rond alsof ze er heel veel zin in had. Bijzondere manier van gasten ontvangen en behandelen.
Voor het ontbijt hoef je ook zeker niet te komen. De broodjes worden afgebakken in een ruimte waar een vogelkooitje staat. Niet heel fris.
Hoe dit hotel aan drie sterren komt vragen wij ons nog steeds af. Ga alsjeblieft niet naar dit hotel.
Geen hoes om het dekbed
Super onvriendelijk personeel, ik geloof niemand zegt t mannetje en dat liet hij ook in alles blijken, wat een hork.
The downsides, The lighting in the room is dim, there is no fridge and there is no AC, in October it was fine but I think in the summer it'll not be easy, they mention the parking is free, but it's actually paid street parking from Monday-Saturday 9h-19h
Despite the hotel's favorable location, which offers easy access to various attractions in Ghent, the absence of an air conditioning system in the room significantly dampened my overall experience, as I found it difficult to cool off and rejuvenate amidst the unusually hot weather that graced the city during my visit.
While I had anticipated a comfortable and refreshing stay at Hotel Adoma, the reality was a series of restless nights spent in a stifling room, a situation that was further intensified by the heatwave that swept through Ghent, leaving me longing for a cool retreat to escape the relentless heat.
Einfach nicht zu empfehlen und Preis Leistung stimmen hier nicht.
