Este restaurante de pescado está dirigido por Jo, un libanés de una familia de pescadores de Biblos. Abrió su primer restaurante de salmón en Beirut en 2001. En 2006, inauguró Salmontini, un restaurante especializado en salmón ahumado casero. Pero también puedes pedir sushi. Jo también te propone probar el entrecot "Saint-Germain des Prés de Paris" con su salsa secreta. Por último, el restaurante ofrece una vista única de la pista de esquí de Dubai. Algo para deleitar tus ojos y tus papilas gustativas. Un clásico del distrito.

Don’t forget to get the service from Ali Naman and Shaun, they are very professional and I believe well trained about the service and that’s why they know how to people make happy with their foods and the environment.
Thank you both for making me laugh today… I am digesting now my food finally. Haha if Shaun is reading this he probably get me who I am. Thanks alot and appreciated your effort. Keep doing hard work.

It was a birthday lunch for my daughter and i secretly told the staff, Edward, who made sure that a special greeting will be arranged. We are very happy with the service and the food & drinks as well. Plus he also seated us in a very nice corner with a view of Ski Dubai.

The place is old, interior is super bad, there is no even concept of the restaurant: Japanese food, Lebanese atmosphere, some french food and style. We were fully disappointed with serving of the food like from 2000 year.
I pressed the sanitizer and it damaged my skirt, we were waiting manager long time and there if no any desition from his side.
