Nous avons eu un souci car nous avions réservé une chambre familiale (les 2 chambres devaient communiquer par une porte) mais le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons été informés que ce n’était pas possible. Un beau geste commercial a été fait pour palier à ce problème (parking et petits déjeuners offerts)

C'etait un sejour parfait que nous avons passe chez ce hotel. Les services, la proprete des chambres, la courtoisie du personnel, tous ont ete superlatifs.
Le petit dejeuner a ete tres riche et savoureux, ainsi pour les adultes et les enfants.
Le placement d'hotel, tres proche de metro station, aussi la proximite de 2 supermarches, a ete aussi un grand plus.

Overall excellent stay thank you.
In particular we would like to praise the waiter in the restaurant who was working Thursday evening and the waitresses working Friday lunchtime. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant.
Would definitely stay again.
Taxi service not great- did not turn up and although we don’t want to complain, we did notice that the fair- skinned reception staff seemed quite unconcerned about it and also seemed a little irritated-this was sorted out however and we caught our train in time.

Staff were very nice to move us to an upgraded room when a minor issue happened with the toilet. However, staff insisted that, although I know breakfast was prebooked for both myself and daughter, breakfast for my daughter was not included. Had I not have been unwell I would have argued this point further whilst away. Not happy or impressed

I used to manage 4 and 5 Star hotels in the UK, so it is difficult to not naturally inspect hotels and restaurants when I visit them. I can honestly say that every aspect was exceptional. The staff were very courteous and professional, the room was excellent and the breakfast was superb. All of this combined with a very reasonable price, made our stay perfect. Thank you so much and I know we'll be seeing you again.

Room was dripping on first night. Changed to another room with no air condition so it was very hot st night. Had to open the windows. Lynda did excellently well to make our stay better. Kudos to her great customer service.

Établissement très bien situé, bien desservi, prés du métro et bus,a l'accueil, personnel très souriant et très agréable,chambre propre ,bien insonorisée, salle de bain fonctionnelle avec douche à l'italienne parfaite ,large choix au buffet du petit déjeuner,personnel très agréable. Je recommande .

Excellent hôtel personnel à l écoute. Changement de chambre sans problème suite à un problème de clim qui ne marchait pas. La clim est un peu bruyante dans la chambre. Les chambres sont propres. Petits déjeuners à volonté très copieux
