Restaurante parisino con estrella que ofrece un menú de temporada, según la llegada de las huertas y jardines.
En 2016, el famoso blog Opiniated About Dining (OAD) nombró a la mesa parisina de Alain Passard "mejor restaurante de Europa". Y hay que decir que este galardón es bien merecido... Alain Passard, el chef con estrella Michelin que dirige la cocina de L'Arpège con mano verde, compone el menú cada mañana en función de las estaciones y de los productos de sus dos huertos en las regiones de Sarthe y Eure y de su huerto en la región de Manche. Una comida en L'Arpège es un momento de suspensión, un viaje a un universo paralelo, el del chef, donde las plantas son el centro de todo.

It was our last day in Paris and I'm so happy we chose this restaurant as our last hurrah.
From the moment we sat down till the moment we stepped out of the restaurant we were taken care of. The staff here know how to give amazing service and go above to ensure you're comfortable, happy & most importantly in love with the food.
Which brings me to the best part... The meals we had were PHENOMENAL. There was not one dish that was presented that we weren't satisfied with. My absolute favorites are: the scallops, Lobster, broth with ravioli & 'beef' tartarte. But as mentioned everything was delectable.
I was very happy with the seating arrangements (downstairs) - the art along the walls are some of the plates they serve which was a nice fun fact that the waiters told us.
Ambiance 10/10 - loved that everyone was having a great time and we were able to talk to other patrons.
If you are unsure about reserving do it. It's definitely worth it!
