Bel hôtel avec son espace SPA assez grand.

Wir waren vom 12.10.23 bis 15.10.23 hier und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Mit dem Hotel waren wir rundum zufrieden wobei man schon an manchen Stellen sieht dass es nicht mehr das Neuste ist. Die Umgebung hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und das für diese Jahreszeit schöne Wetter war natürlich zum Wohlfühlen hilfreich.

All good, the rooms where not as clean as wish but still good.
My problem was I called asking for a swimsuit, if they have one cause I forgot mine, they say yes and when we ask for the price they say is free. Perfect, so we choose to not go to a store to buy one and get the free one from the hotel. Once we were checking out they charge us 12 euros for the swim suit. Still is a nice price, what really bothers me is the “confusion” cause they really clear told us it was free. I said to them all of that and they still charged me. Not even a refund. I have to say the swimsuit was open and used when they gave it to me… they still charge me. Bitter feeling.
