Remperts cafe was a big disappointment. The outside of hotel was super cute with red painted shudders and flowers and location was great. They do not allow you to check in until 4pm which was not consistent with other hotels in area. Inside the room was very outdated with a tiny room for 2 people. Covers on comforter looked liked they were worn. There was no lighting in the stairway and they were difficult to climb with luggage. No hot water in the outdated shower and bathroom. Breakfast was on ok.

Grande déception!! La chambre etait reservee depuis 6mois pour s’entendre dire qu’ elle n’etait plus disponible à notrr arrivée apres 7h de marche !!
Finalement nous avons été relocalisees ds une autre chambre avec chasse d’eau cassee , aucune prise de courant ds la salle bain, matelas en acordeón!!
! On a l’impression de déranger
Aucun sens de l’accueil !

En venant visiter St Jean Pied de Port
.a l'heure du déjeuner nous nous sommes arrêtés à l'hôtel des Remparts..
Très beau cadre..sur la terrasse..à l'abri du soleil surtout avec un petit York
Que vous dire..accueil très chaleureux..cuisine pour notre part paella excellente apportée par le cuisinier..attente ,30 mns car faite maison..tout le reste parfait
Bien que muretain je recommande vivement...
