Hotel fronte mare praticamente nuovo a 2 passi dal centro e molto comodo per raggiungere sia Nizza o Monaco , camere piccole ma funzionali e molto pulite , ottimo il materasso ... buona la colazione a buffet .

Franchement un super hôtel, les lits sont très confortable, l'isolation sonore est largement potable, une vue au matin magnifique, bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande !!
Un peu déçu du petit déjeuner mais ça reste diversifié :)

Tres bon accueil, très sympathique, très beau lieu, propre, petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, je recommande le restaurant « les voisins » a environ 500 m. 5 étoile amplement mérite.

Hôtel qui ressemble à un HLM. Pas de parking, pas de minibar dans la suite à 170 euros et une odeur de javel insupportable avec une kitchenette minable. La piscine est toute petite et à l'ombre la plupart du temps. Le personnel est très désagréable et se moquent carrément de vous quand vous découvrez qu'il n' y a pas de bière pêche, pas de coca zéro etc. A éviter absolument. Pour le même prix, allez dans un quatre étoiles !

This is a great option in Beaulieu and for exploring along the Côte d'Azur. It is a three star hotel so not fancy but comes equipped with all you need and the staff are efficient and friendly and the price is excellent value, especially for the region.

Great location! Nice pool. Staff seemed friendly enough but when asked about peripheral services like beauty spa (daughter wanted her nails done) or travel agent (we we’re trying to figure out our next day's logistics) we got blank stares and a “I don’t know….,sorry”. Not the assistance one expects for a 251€ per night room. Breakfast was great and reasonable at 13€ per person per morning. Room was generally clean and the air conditioning was good to have at night! But, the bathroom and kitchenette was quite grotty. Lots of moisture damage on, basically, Ikea cupboards and cabinets. As the saying goes: “Looks good from far but it’s far from good”

Nicely modernised small hotel in a great location near the marina which has done great restaurants. Friendly staff who kindly uprated us because the lift wasn’t working. Bedrooms are clean fresh and modern of a reasonable size with a modern en suite. Swimming pool area is small but very nice although there was no shower or depth markings in the pool which was rather deep especially for children. As only wanted a small breakfast went to the Brasserie next door for a formule. I Would stay again.

Hôtel au top.
Chambre belle et très propre . L'emplacement est super. Face au port et à 300m des plages.⛱️ Personnels très gentilles..
Petit déjeuner copieux ☕????????.
Il manque juste un petit frigo dans les chambres .❄️
Je recommande cet hôtel. ????????

Not a bad word to say about this stay, great location, extremely helpful staff, clean & tidy room, definitely would return!

Breakfast buffet great, something for all, same day laundry service at cost of €9.

Exception view of port/coast from there 5th floor terrace.

Would highly recommend!

Excellent hotel in great location overlooking the sea easy walking distance to centre and railway station bus 607 just outside gives good service to Nice and airport and to Monaco good buffet breakfast good sized rooms and a swimming pool with sun loungers. Very reasonable rates also has own bar cannot fault this hotel will be staying next visit had room 336 with balcony overlooking Marina. Staff Very friendly and welcoming English was spoken

Fantastic location overlooking harbour. Great for buses and trains. 15 mins max slow walk, to main beach at beaulieu.
Rooms comfortable, airy, great bathrooms, cleanliness cannot be faulted. Very friendly efficient staff. Can include buffet breakfast, well worth it as views are a great start to the day. Only 30plus rooms, so atmosphere friendly and like home.. Would definetly return.
Small pool and rooftop terrace too.

房間設施還可以，但床單棉背有髒污；雖然反應後有更換，但以評價這麼高的飯店，不應該有這情形！
但最令人失望的，是接待人員的服務態度很差，check in時就感覺對東方人及西方人的態度明顯不同；另外，因為房間床單有髒污，打電話沒聲音，就直接到櫃台找她，反應房間電話有問題時，她表情很不爽的對我說，她沒聽到電話聲，然後講完，我轉身離開，就聽到一聲很大聲的關抽屜聲音！
總而言之，如果沒有服務人員，及髒污問題，這飯店是可以的！

I couldn't believe this place would be the best hotel we could find! Amazing service, very oriented, very friendly. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, beautiful terrace and rooftop! We enjoyed every second and as said - see you next year as promised! Thank you for the splendid hospitality ❤️

Pour un séjour au mois de mars, ce fut parfait : fort bien situé face au port, notre chambre avait vue sur la montagne, donc au calme. Chambre : quelques imperfections côté électricité ( des interrupteurs qui ne fonctionnent pas), un lit un peu grand pour la chambre : on avait du mal à passer entre un coin du lit et un coin de mur.
Petit déjeuner très bien, personnel très agréable.

管理非常好的三星级旅馆，非常干净，一尘不染，被子，枕头，床垫都非常舒服，而且可以感觉到被单，枕头套都洗干净后仔细熨烫过。
特别要提到的是旅馆的顶层露台，视野宽阔，山色海景，一览无余。是地中海度假的好去处。
唯一有缺陷的地方是地处交通要津，噪声无可避免。不过也有好处，进出非常方便，距离607路公交车站近在咫尺，火车站也在附近，东去尼斯，海滨自由城，西去埃茨，蒙蒂卡罗，犹如自备车一般。
看来旅游放开后，这个旅馆的老板要发财，“ Location, location, location."

Hôtel situé face au port. Il est calme des les chambres sont très correct. les lits sont confortables. Accueil est très bien. Le seul problème c'est pour se garer, cela est plus ou moins facile dans Beaulieu, tout est payant. Sinon c'est très bien placé pour aller à nice, Monaco ou Menton. Le prix est très bien, pour 3 personnes 2 adultes et un enfant avec le petit déjeuner 113€ la nuit.
