Many reviews here lamented a sub-par service, but thankfully our experience was different.
The room was spacious, tidy, and modern, and when we asked for a small bed for our little one, it was delivered within the hour.
All personell was attentive and kind.
The outdoor swimming pool looked bigger in pictures, and it was a bit crowded when going for a short swim; we also had a little accident at the poolside, but that was mostly due to a distraction.
We didn't try the restaurant, but we stopped for breakfast: the buffet offered a good choice.
At checkout, there was an issue when charging on credit card, which I hope will be resolved in the next few days when the transaction settles.
The hotel is very close to the city center, so you can leave your car in the hotel's garage and enjoy the city on foot.
