Simplemente uno de los hoteles más hermosos de Nueva York, situado en un barrio relajado. No es imposible que usted pueda conocer a algunas celebridades en el acogedor vestíbulo de este establecimiento ultra moderno, bien decorado y elegante. La acogida es europea, con personal francófono. Las habitaciones renovadas son sencillas y de buen gusto, relajantes con la alfombra azul-gris y las paredes cubiertas con un bonito papel de color crema. El must sigue siendo la azotea al aire libre, con sus impresionantes vistas al parque y al Empire State.

The room was small, smelly, and dusty. There was dust pilled up in the corners and all over the windowsill. It looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in months. The AC didn’t work in our room and the bathroom tile was bubbling off the wall. Location was good.

Rooms are old (think college dorm) and the front desk is not the friendliest but it’s a great location

The hotel room is def not worth more than what I paid for it. I was lucky enough to get it for $135 because I booked early, and it was off-season. The room is very much tight but had all the amenities needed. Wasn't the cleanliest. Stains on the black carpet that were white, the side table had splatter, mold in the small shower. One half roll of toilet paper that was out by morning and no extra rolls in the room. I'm a New Yorker born and raised so I'm use to sleep in the most noisy conditions HOWEVER the noise everyone else is talking about is 100% accurate (this site wont allow me to post the video of the noise). My room window faced four other building walls, which made the ac units obnoxiously loud. The enclosed space acted like an echo for all the unit's running at once. I kept waking up from my sleep because it sounds like a tornado was heading our way. The thermostat has a little green light to indicate it's on, but in pitch black, it acted like a nightlight and annoyed me enough to turn off the unit and freeze the rest of the night. The night staff weren't friendly at check-in, but the am was better. I stood here instead of driving to CT because I had appts that ran late and I was afraid I would fall asleep on the road. I would have rather crashed on my way home than stayed here again.

Stayed here last week with my partner and we both loved this hotel.Tidy rooms with really comfortable bed. Cleaners were lovely women who came round regularly and even if you didn’t want the room cleaned they still offered towels, toilet paper etc. A brilliant experience 10/10

The hotel itself has two fantastic restaurants. Great breakfast and coffee. Staff was extremely helpful. This is my go to for LA & NYC!
