Llegando desde Kabale, no deje de ver, 5 km antes de las oficinas de la UWA en Ruhija, la señal que indica el camino hacia el Broadbill Forest Camp (situado a 1,5 km de la bifurcación). Situado entre tierras de labranza y bosques, este campamento aislado merece la pena por sus sencillas pero cuidadas tiendas de safari, sus comidas caseras elaboradas con frutas y verduras frescas, un jardín popular con camaleones, mariposas, primates y pájaros de hermosos plumajes, vistas espectaculares y, por último pero no menos importante, un equipo sonriente y bien informado de observadores de aves

We had a wonderful stay at Broadbill Forest Camp. The atmosphere of a family stay, food is delicious and staff simply excellent. The fireplace in the dining room is a plus since it's quite cold in the evening, but you don't feel it in the banda as you get warm blankets and hot water bottle. We will be back soon to get diploma for gorilla tracking.

I spent two nights at Broadbill Forest Camp and it was one of my best moments.
The views of the park are outstanding, the locally-made furniture in the banda, and hot water 24/7.
As you sit outside your banda/tent, you hear the sounds of birds singing and sightseeing of monkeys, birds, squirrels, and different types of butterflies.
The meals are always on point with great stuff always ready to serve you.
When it comes to the fireplace, it is one of the great places you all need to be with entertainment from an old man playing the flute and other local musical instruments of long ago.
All in all, I highly recommended meant this place for your stay on your Mountain Gorilla tracking In Ruhija, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Stunning location, clean and big rooms, best bathroom in Uganda so far. Good food and even better service. A great place to stay for gorilla trekking!

Très beau lodge, bien placé. Accueil charmant, des singes comme voisins, ainsi que divers oiseaux. Ce lodge complète bien une expérience de rencontré avec les gorilles. A recommander.
