Este es el nuevo restaurante vegano de Hayes Valley, una visita obligada por su ubicación en una esquina, sus grandes ventanales y su señalización revival de los años 70. Unas pocas mesas en la terraza preceden a un interior agradable. El menú a la carta ofrece platos veganos, desde el desayuno hasta la cena. Los ingredientes se seleccionan cuidadosamente. When I visit this city, I know to seek out the restaurants which get special attention (since there are so many excellent places). I've only tried this for breakfast - twice in a row now because it's excellent. But (have I mentioned?) it's EXCELLENT. This is a place I'd keep returning to until I'd tried the whole menu. One gets the sense that all the recipes and preparations are highly trustworthy.

The Impossible Burger is very good, though the food can be hit or miss sometimes. Last time we were there, the pasta dish we ordered was really undercooked though other times has been anywhere between excellent and just okay. The huevos breakfast dish is pretty much always delicious as is the pizza. Wish that was still on the lunch menu.

Tasty fresh all plant based food. It is a great stop anytime of day for a satisfying meal. Easy ordering process and seat your self options inside and outside.
