El principal activo (¡pero qué activo!) de este hotel reside en su ubicación única: está situado en la cima de la escalinata de la Trinità dei Monti y domina la plaza española, en la que late el corazón de la Ciudad Eterna. No hace falta decir que algunas de las habitaciones tienen una vista espectacular! El desayuno se puede disfrutar en la terraza y permite disfrutar plenamente del espectáculo. Además, la acogida es agradable y la calidad del servicio es excepcional. El hotel también tiene un elegante anexo en Piazza di Spagna.

This was one of favorite stays in Italy and I’d absolutely come back to stay at this location. The location was amazing, situated right above the Spanish Steps. The breakfast was the best we had during our trip and is a can’t miss if you stay here. The staff were so patient with us despite us being very tired after an international flight. Because we booked and airport shuttle through the hotel, they had our room ready two hours prior to check in, even when we absolutely did not expect that level of service. They politely assisted with our luggage and they provided excellent recommendations for traveling in the city. The rooms themselves were so comfortable with a wonderful mattress and fantastic black out curtains. It was pretty quiet despite being in the middle of the city. I will recommend this location to any friend traveling to Rome.

Hotel in P.zza Trinità dei Monti. Ottima la posizione. L'hotel è formato da 2 corpi separati, Le camere del primo corpo sono più vecchie , hanno la moquette. La colazione viene servita nel primo corpo al primo piano. La colazione è buona ed abbondante

Great location to discover the city.
However, we had the Tour Appartement, which resulted in a very poor stay.

- Heating did not work,
- extremely noisy teenager gangs below the window every evening
- nearly no noise isolation from very thin windows
- second „room“ had even no window
- shower door missing
- room very dirty: dirty dishes in dishwasher, trash not taken out…
- unfriendly desk manager

For 310€ per night one must expect more.
