Love the location and the actual hotel …stayed here a couple of times and always got great service and enjoyed the time spent in North Miami…I am writing this review because recently I had to deal with the Front Desk and Andrew and he was absolutely on point, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful…Multumesc!!! Thank You
From the moment I got to Solé all workers greeted me with respect , I felt very secure in the location , the partial ocean view room was perfect for a good price comes with a lot of good amenities I really enjoyed the beach and pool ! Baleen kitchen was amazing! Especially eating dinner with a nice sunset view!! My favorite meal was pool side the Cuban sandwich with the yuca fries was really really good ! I couldn’t be any more happier 10/10 would recommend!
Location is prime! Service is prime! It’s great for families, everything is walking distance. Safe, clean we couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Thank you to everyone for making our short stay a wonderful one. We’ll see you all soon I am sure
Ok so… we got here way before checkin. Super nice people checked us in. Went to the beach. One of the servers was amazing. Very attentive even though she was slammed. The other server seemed to be less enthusiastic about her job. She forgot to put in our order multiple times causing us to wait over an hour for food and drinks. After going out to dinner, we get showers and hop into bed only to find copious amounts of sand in our sheets. When we asked for our sheets to be changed, the house keeper brought us two sheets in a bag, handed it to us and left. I went back to the front desk and spoke with Anil who was very nice and helped us switch rooms. All in all, not the worst trip I’ve ever been on, but definitely not the best.
This is a review based off my first experience in Miami/Sunny Isles. That being said, I had an amazing view of the ocean. Being right there on the beach was amazing.
It is north of Miami Beach, so if you’re looking for that, it might not be quite what you expect. Not much nightlife close by (walking distance).
The restaurant inside is okay. Overpriced, for average food in my opinion. However, the friendliness of the staff was very much appreciated!
As far as the accommodations, I didn’t venture too much into it. They are a resort with “all inclusive”. But based off what I got, seemed like all services were available, but you’re paying for it on top of the stay. Just be mindful when you book. My guess is I didn’t actually get an all inclusive stay. So it made it a little bit of a downer with some of the additional expenses.
That being said, I would go back! Great staff! Great view. I’m sure there’s better, but this was an amazing experience for me all in all.
The hotel has a downward ramp to get to the beach. They hose down this ramp in the morning. We had only been at the hotel for a few days when I slipped on this wet surface incurring numerous injuries (leg, hand, foot).
After the fall I was in pain, applied ice and was limping. I was unable to go for walks on the beach or go swimming in either the ocean or pool for the remainder of my vacation. My injuries still did not heal for several more weeks after returning home.
I am a senior citizen and this was my first vacation in several years.
The Director and the General Manager both acknowledged that I slipped and fell on the wet pavement and that they hose the area down every morning. The Director did not appear at the scene until an hour after the incident. He said the hotel could not offer any accommodation or compensation for the incident. He said that he filed a claim with his insurance company. The Director then lied to insurance company stating that the area was dry even though he did not even appear at the ramp until an hour after the incident (this is Florida - by then it was dry). The insurance company also refused to provide any compensation. The fact that they would not provide any compensation for a guest who fell and was injured on their property speaks volumes. If someone falls on the steps of your home you are liable but a rich hotel does not feel any responsibility for a guest that is injured on their property.
Do not ever stay at this hotel or do so at your own risk!!
Our trip started rocky with our plane being delayed but LIFE TURNED AROUND! We got here and it’s STUNNING! The room is so clean and nice! Plus Andre & Liz at the front desk were so friendly and truly made me laugh so much despite the jet lag. They deserve a raise. XO Amanda
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We got there 1.5 hours early and Andrei got us a room early and even an upgraded amazing view! Oscar always made sure we had our luggage safely stored and quickly helped us navigate from the car to the hotel. We were able to use all amenities even after we checked out. We highly recommend this hotel!
Stayed here on a visit for the Miami Open. With a lack of quality hotels near the venue we opted for the beach. Good looking updated interior. This is not a large hotel, limited amenities in a confined space. We were happy with our mini room bc we were out all day. Very comfortable bed, quiet, a mini fridge that actually worked. The dinning inside was limited and the wail everyone was so nice service was all over the place. May I suggest a QR code for ordering with extraordinary service upon delivery. Several customers spoke different languages and many tables were seated but never helped. I think this would really eliminate and elevate the casual dining experience. Food was excellent. There are several quick service restaurants right across the street, Starbucks, Einstein, etc. Pool is small but beach service is included in your resort fee. Overall a great experience so would recommend for those looking for a place to stay but not a place to spend your whole trip at.
To our surprise our standard ocean view room with some obstruction was upgraded upon arrival to the 1 bedroom suit on 16th floor with balcony-terrace facing ocean. Thank you Andrei and Anil at front desk! Very nice breakfast. Restaurant has terrace facing ocean. Overall a very good stay for us.

Very friendly staff, but Oscar is superb!!
