Hotel en los acantilados de Los Realejos que ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado, balcón y vistas panorámicas
Bordeado por los acantilados de Los Realejos, este hotel se encuentra en un entorno privilegiado. Su jardín de 40.000 m² cuenta además con una gran variedad de flores tropicales, palmeras y puentes, lo que lo convierte en el lugar ideal para unas vacaciones relajantes. El hotel ofrece un total de 170 habitaciones elegantemente decoradas, incluyendo 29 habitaciones familiares, 30 suites y 2 suites de lujo. Todas están equipadas con baño/WC, minibar, radio, TV/satélite, teléfono, caja fuerte, aire acondicionado y balcón con vista panorámica. Para aprovechar al máximo el tiempo libre, el hotel ofrece 3 piscinas, una de ellas climatizada, y una piscina infantil. También hay una discreta zona nudista reservada entre los jardines. También apreciará los numerosos servicios que se ofrecen, como sauna, masajes, gimnasio, minigolf y centro de submarinismo. Fuera del hotel, estará cerca de la bonita playa de arena negra de Playa Jardín y del Loro Parque.
Las habitaciones bueno .. mejorables. La cama cómoda y todo pero no es como en las fotos. Está un poco deteriorado. Las alfombras manchadas ( manchas de hace tiempo que no salen ) el baño amarillo pero sin embargo todo limpio
Mención especial al guardia de seguridad que está por la noche y a la de la barra que también trabaja por la noche. Son un amor y hacen un gran trabajo !

After all, there are definitely fewer of them compared to the number of negatives.
I spent 10 nights in the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location.
About 200 m from the hotel there is a large free parking lot (near the pitch), where you can leave your car without any problems. The parking lot is lit at night - it seems safe. The hotel tries to force a payment for parking the car in their own (internal parking lot) in the amount of €30/24h. The hotel does not have access to the beach, it has an outdoor swimming pool where animations take place. Loro park is 10 minutes from the hotel. There is a small shop inside the hotel where you can do grocery shopping or buy souvenirs.
The appearance of the entire hotel suggests that its glory and cleanliness are long behind it. A lot of rust, stains on the seats and old dirt.
Room
There are numerous stains on the carpet in the room. The beds were terribly uncomfortable - I chose the room without an ocean view, knowing that I wanted silence. I was forced to check in to a room overlooking the ocean, which was cold and the wind didn't really let me sleep. The air conditioning stank and its sound was like an old tractor starting up. Additionally, the windows were not airtight. The furniture in the room was dirty - stained. The fridge was making noise at night.
Bathroom
In many places in the bathroom it was obvious that the bathtub was many years old. She was dirty. Ugly furniture covered with mold/green coating. There was silicone everywhere and one day I found two bugs crawling around the trash can and sink. Sanitary conditions were terrible.
Breakfast
Everyday the same. One day I got food poisoning from breakfast and vomited all day long. Probably not fresh eggs. From my bed I called the front desk for help. What I heard surprised me - LACK OF RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING. The employee informed me that she would not bring me a bottle of water or help me because it was my problem that I was barely alive and had no strength to get out of bed. Drama!
Interestingly, on the day of departure I saw two more people vomiting in the lobby area.
I wanted to skip breakfast but was told no.
The room was cleaned every day, i.e. towels were changed and garbage was taken away. So much.
Only German TV programs on the TV.
The breakfast staff loves customers who tip extra in euros. They treated me like an enemy. I didn't do anything to them.
The hotel ruined my trip - it took me 3 days to recover from the poisoning. It had a huge impact on my psyche. I haven't eaten anything there.
