Only went in for a beer and the guy looked at me as if i murdered someone. Barely any smiles. Probably would avoid if you’re a solo traveller

A great restaurant with truly outstanding wine offerings. Christine recommended some great wines and made us feel welcome.

We liked the restaurant so much that we returned for dinner for the next three nights. Christine and the rest of the staff were so welcoming it felt as though we were coming home.

We had a good evening dinner at Kritamon without having a reservation. The fava was 5/5 - highly recommded. The service was ok, but nothing more. Would have also ordered more drinks, but nobody showed up to ask if anything is fine (glasses were empty 30 minutes before finishing the dinner)

La nourriture étais bonne. Rien d'exceptionnel mais bon.
Par contre le service j'avoue étais déplorable. Plus de 50min d'attente pour nos plats alors qu'on a rien commandé d'extraordinaire ou que ce n'étais pas l'heure de pointe.
De plus on étais 3 et on c'est fait tous les 3 servir à min 5 à 10min d'intervalles.

Loved the place. Staff is friendly and receptive and the atmosphere is so pretty and cozy that you get so relaxed while waiting your delicious food. Their mushroom tart is a must! Seriously, it just takes over your senses by all the typical intense, warm flavours that funghi have and it's really well prepared. Overall the food is great but their veggie replacements usually lacks more protein, but it definitely shouldn't stop you from enjoying this gem of a restaurant. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic atmosphere, jazz music, staff lovely, wine wow!
A bit too expensive for the dinner that wasn't impressive, but all in all a very good place.

Super cute place in the heart of the old city. The food is exquisite, fine and balanced. Loved the creativity on the menu!
Great selection of wines.
The staff is so lovely, welcoming and caring!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! Amazing selection of drinks and the food was incredible as well. A few vegan options which were wonderful (must have the eggplant!), the service was beyond great. Must visit!

Μια όμορφη βραδυά με φίλες.Ο χώρος όμορφος,ζεστός κ η μουσική ακουγόταν διακριτικά.Το σέρβις φιλικό κ εξυπηρετικό κ το κρασί που μας πρότειναν εξαιρετικό!!Τα πιάτα το ένα καλύτερο από το άλλο.Σωστά ψημένα κρέατα, κ ωραίες ιδιαίτερες γεύσεις.Εξ ίσου κ τα γλυκά που μας πρόσφεραν στο τέλος με την τσικουδιά.Οι τιμές λογικότατες.Κρίμα που κλείνει το χειμώνα…

Excellent restaurant with delicious food and very professional service. I can recommend local hummus as a starter, and Hilopites pasta with seafood as my main dish, moussaka is also very good. In general this place is relatively expensive. Strongly recommend.

Personale molto gentile e professionale.

Abbiamo mangiato piatti di terra e tutti molto buoni. Una menzione particolare alla carne e a delle polpette di formaggio che erano davvero squisite...non ho potuto resistere di chiedere il bis.

Laxtartar utmärkt. Biffen var god, bara bakpotatis till blev dock lite torrt. Pastan med kött var god. Men den snålt tilltagna hummer raviolins fyllning hade spätts ut med hårdare bitar av något, morot tror vi. Det var verkligen inte ok för dom pengarna. Trevlig miljö och bra service.

We had had a poor eating experience on one of the waterfront restaurants and were hesitant to eat down there again. We came across this great little restaurant and it was so worth it! The service was amazing, food was spectacular, wine was truly good wine!! Way better than the two meals we ate with “waterfront views”, this was way better and extremely reasonably priced!!

Meine Dame und ich hatten einen chicken salad. Unserer Tochter wurden extra Penne mit Napolisauce gemacht, obwohl dies nicht auf der Karte stand. Einfach die Bedienung ansprechen für eine Auswahl an Kids-Menüs. Alle Gerichte waren geschmacklich und optisch sehr gut!!! Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!!

If there's a place where one can find an oasis in the middle of the hussle and bussle in Chania old town, this is it. And not only because of the chilled atmosphere, the jazzy and unobtrusive background music, the friendly staff and the understated sofisticated decor, but mostly because of the surprisingly excellent choice of food. The choice is simple, yet covers all needs and wants, from vegan, to meat lovers and fish. A personal favourite is village perne pasta and the lamb meatballs. And they have a huge selection of wines, expertly curated by Christina, the sommelier, who has offered us always the right choice of wine to accompany our food. Giorgos and Christos expertly manage the place, and Vlad and Andreas fly through tables with grace and efficiency. We wouldn't hold back from referring people to this beatiful gem in the heart of Chania.
