W Montreal is one of my favorite non-resort W hotels. The rooms are beautiful, the "tbsp" restaurant serves fantastic breakfast and the staff is amazing.

We just got home from a wonderful 3 night stay at the W in Montreal. The restaurant is very nice, the bartenders are very nice and not to mention very talented in their skills of mixing complex drinks. One thing we did not know about, but found amazing was the W Insider lounge and Mauricio. Mauricio was able to get us reservations when and where we wanted. It was so nice to have him to suggest ideas for restaurants, and then book us reservations. My thanks to the W team, and most of all Mauricio for a wonderful stay in Montreal.

The hotel itself is fantastic, with impeccable rooms, great amenities, and a location that can't be beaten. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the extraordinary service, especially from the concierge W insider.

I want to extend a special thank you to Mauricio, who went above and beyond to ensure our bachelor party was nothing short of spectacular. From booking reservations at the best local restaurants and clubs and even surprising us with a personalized touch in our accommodations, Mauricio's efforts made all the difference.

The dedication and enthusiasm Mauricio showed in organizing our event made us feel incredibly valued and taken care of. It's not just the grand gestures but the small, thoughtful touches that he incorporated that made our experience so special.

Moreover, the entire staff at W Montreal deserves commendation for their professionalism, friendliness, and creating an enjoyable environment.
