They don’t listen when you tell them what breakfast you want they bring you everything else. It’s so annoying the service in the hotel is nice but the workers barely speak English so when you ask for food they always bring something else. Like steak well done they will bring it undercooked and they try to force there Moroccan breakfast on you so much.

I came here to relax and enjoy time with family. While the breakfast was great, the staff was amazing very smiley and super helpful, I had a bad experience in the room. Not only it is small compared to other hotels in Marrakech where I have been before (with same price range), but the smell was so bad. Despite asking the staff to do something it didn’t change a lot. Too bad because the location is great. The facial treatment at the spa was ok not worth spending money so I do not recommend it. Other than that the hammam spa was great, and the laddies doing it (Sanaa and the other person forgot her name) did an amazing job.
For the same price better to go to a hotel with more spacious rooms and bigger swim pool. If you are coming from a big city like New York, Paris and looking for a change and more space (not small boutique hotel) look for other options.

We made last minute booking of this hotel, but never regretted it. Super nice and polite reception, tasty breakfast and perfect location. Will definitely come back.

Estancia magnífica!!
El personal súper amable y disponibles
Las habitaciones muy limpias y la cama súper cómoda
Mi mujer y yo probamos el hammam que tiene el hotel en el Spa y fue el mejor que hemos probado hasta hoy
Desayuno muy variado y para destacar el sushi del restaurante es de 10
Repetiremos muy pronto!!

Hôtel propre et bien situé. Le personnel est agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est indigne de ce standing : choisir entre yoghourt ou fromage !!! Salade de fruits exclusivement en pommes fade!!galettes marocaines sans saveur ! Pendant 3jours ,il fallait manger chaque matin la même chose. On a jamais vu ça même dans un 3 étoiles. Hélas....

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. Location was perfect away from the busy medina, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Loved having a gym and a swim every night after walking about the whole day. Special mention to the reception staff including Haname who really went above and beyond

The spa is rude and they rip you off later. While booking they say some price and after they change it ones you have got the service done from them.
Reception is helpful with giving details.
Breakfast gets boring and repetitive after 2 nights.
Hotel has only asian food for lunch and dinner.
Over all it is a 2 star hotel and not 5 star.
Spa service put me off completely.

Fantastic on all aspects, room, room cleaning staff, reception and hotel staff, restaurant, Fantastic and warm welcome. Food quality amazing. Looking forward to come back.
