Hotel bien situado con buena combinación de metro, habitación limpia y silenciosa, desayuno bueno y completo. Gracias a Jessica y Susana por su atención y amabilidad.
Lovely place. Very clean and tidy. Rooms are a good size too.
The staff are amazing very professional and very friendly. I would not hesitate staying here again. Thank you to all the staff you were all wonderful.
No elevator. Clever use of the small space (eg storage under the bed, with a light!) Clean room but I didn't like the smell of their cleaning products. Luggage storage was not secure, just the main floor hallway. Excellent location across from awesome big bookstore.
Great, convenient location - it is a few minutes walk to the Tube/Underground; across a good bookshop/cafe; and near a university. Attentive and friendly staff - they make their guests feel comfortable and at home. The rooms are clean; small and adequate; stocked with basic necessities plus tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and electric kettle. Their breakfast buffet offers a good selection of food items that met everyone's preferences and the home-cooked English breakfast was satisfying and worth including with our reservation. Overall, all members of our family were happy with our stay at Arosfa (we occupied 3 rooms, in all) - it definitely contributed to the wonderful time we had in London this winter.
We had an excellent stay for two nights. We requested an early check-in and found our room ready for us at 9am. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean with a good sized bathroom and shower. The location is very close to the British Museum and several underground entrances.
I loved my stay at Arosfa. The room was neat, and clean, and felt fresh. The staff is very friendly and two wonderful ladies - Jessica and the manager (I forgot to ask her name)- who helped me with directions to go around the city, assured me about the safety of leaving the luggage in the hotel after the check-out time as my train was due to depart in the noon, were very polite, respectful and friendly who made sure that my luggage was safe while I was away for some time. The breakfast was good and filling. The location of the hotel was excellent as most of the places I had to visit were quite nearby. I enjoyed my stay here and felt very safe.
Please read! American review. I am American and I understand the negative reviews, but they’re way off base. Is the room small? - yes. Is there no AC? - yes. Is it Europe? - yes! This is a bed and breakfast. If you want a large climate controlled room, go spend 700 pounds a night in Chelsea. This was clean, well staffed, and well located. The breakfast was a proper English breakfast, staff watched our bags after checkout, and the area is a University area - completely safe and near tube stops. Amazing stay. Try Prince of Wales Feathers on a Sunday for the Sunday roast.
The staff are amazing very professional and very friendly. I would not hesitate staying here again. Thank you to all the staff you were all wonderful.
A great stay.
