Hotel con habitaciones cálidas y confortables, sin florituras y con un excelente aislamiento acústico

Este hotel es un gran lugar para alojarse si tienes un vuelo temprano por la mañana o vienes del aeropuerto. El aeropuerto está a 14 minutos, mientras que la Laguna Azul está a sólo 10 minutos y Reikiavik a 25 minutos. Las habitaciones son cálidas y confortables, sin florituras. Todas las habitaciones están perfectamente insonorizadas y ofrecen un confort sencillo y agradable. El personal, encantador y amable, es tan discreto como competente, y el desayuno buffet es excelente.

Wir hatten nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Ideal wenn man Nachts landet.

A basic guesthouse, comfy and quiet but dated and in some regards tired. There are some gems of history particularly in the reception room, but in other areas it just looked like it hadn't been maintained. Blackout curtains were welcome, as was the key on the counter for a very late arrival. Breakfast not at all worth the cost, nothing hot and not much variety. Some better granola and soft fruits would have made a big difference, or scrambled eggs to go with toast. Value was ok but nothing special.
