After contacting the hotel multiple ways, and dealing with automated messages I have no option but to tell you what a DISGUSTING, UNCOMFORTABLE, and unsanitary hotel this is. If you have problems like I did you will not get a dollar back. They will completely blow you off and give you a programmed response.

We booked a full bed for 2 people. It was two twin beds pushed together. We were then told this is how they do it there. How can someone pay for something and you give them something different? Since it was two twin beds pushed together there was a line and hole inbetween you fall into. There were two small 2 feet long blankets like the length of a sleeping bag! There is no customer service at all. I have yet to recieve any refund.

And there were stains from past guest, bodily fluids on the couch which was so disgusting.

Cenamos aquí 4 personas. La trucha ártica la devolvimos los 3 que la pedimos. No estaba fresca. Ni olía ni sabía bien. El salmón ahumado muy rico. Postres muy variados, dulces y caseros. El servicio normal, como suele ser en Islandia. Me gustó mucho el vino. Español.

Das Beste Hotel auf unserer Islandreise. Es geht doch man muss nur wollen. Das Buffet ist der Wahnsinn und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Da können sich die anderen eine grosse Scheibe davon abschneiden… Sehr freundliches Personal und alles zur besten Zufriedenheit!

Great stay. The hotel is at a nice location, the rooms are nice and clean and have comfortable beds. Breakfast is great. Shout out to Lukasz for awesome service and advice at the front desk.

Wirklich schönes und modernes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und wohnlich eingerichtet und das Bad war auch sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Kann man definitiv weiterempfehlen!

5 star breakfast. Had a great selection, was delicious and included in stay. Location was great. Beds were OK. Rooms were clean. There was no refrigerator or microwave in rooms.

ESPECTACULAR, nuestra habitación era enorme, una cristalera que nos dejaba ver el mar ,el chico de recepción súper amable igual que todo el equipo. Un hotel estupendo y con unas vistas inmejorables..
