Erg leuke gids die veel informatie tijdens de fietstocht kan geven en die een leuke groepssfeer creëert.

Took a touring bike for a one day trip to Bratislava. The bike was in excellent condition, the staff provided me with tools and spare tubes

Super freundliches und unkompliziertes Service. Wir haben ein Fahrrad mit Kindersitz und ein Kinderfahrrad gemietet und das Personal war gleich sehr bemüht, uns eine Option anzubieten, die ganz zu unseren Wünschen passt. Alle sind sehr "lässig" und sprechen auf Augenhöhe mit den Kunden! Auch bei der um ein paar Stunden verzögerten Rückgabe, weil unser Kind sich verletzt hat, waren alle verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit. Danke euch!

Absolutely not recommandable. Staff is very rude and unfriendly. The tour guide let us stand in the middle of the road including our bikes and one was hindering passing traffic - a passerby complained and the tour guide started shouting very loudly at her. He later made a joke to ease the situation. This was a very disappointing situation. Absolutely inappropriate behaviour for a tour guide.

We had a very exciting tour through Vienna on the Segways! Horst had a lot of interesting and sometimes funny info's about Vienna. I can just recommend to make the tour and see a lot in short period of time and has an nice experience on top on the Segways!
