Very bad experience.
They refuse to change order in less than 2 minutes
Omolate 45 pula they want to serve without bread slices and they don't want to sell loose bread slice.
Means you be ready to eat omolate without bread.
Price was 45.00 and after paying it became 45.80 within 2 minutes. I paid another .80 thebe
Convenient location and decent restaurant are the only positives.
I did book a basic room to be fair, but at more than R900 I expected much more.
No WiFi, ceiling fan doesn’t work without the light being on, aircon made a terrifying crack every 10 minutes or so through the night.
If I were to guess, that room should cost half that.
At this shop they accept Namibian Dollar and Botswana Pula. Here they serve Sandwiches as well with other packaged water and Juices.
They have nice Toilet with 2 Pula entry charges as well.
Engen filing station and staff is very Humble. Gift shop also available here.
Cons: Only reluctantly did staff rectify a booking error, the restaurant put incorrect charges on the bill, which the reception again only reluctantly fixed. Windows were left open, allowing mosquitoes and moths in; woke up with bites. Dead insects on the floor. The towels were not in the bathroom; had to hunt through the chest of drawers for them.
Pros: The room itself was otherwise comfortable, the AC worked. The restaurant was accommodating and made a nice vegetarian platter despite the meat-heavy menu.
Kang lodge is very clean ???? ???? and food is nice,I will recommend anyone who visit that side can sleep at Kang lounge.Theres swimming pool and tennis courts and nice garden
The fuel quick shop is at a good spot, after a long drive, that's what one needs,a little bit of refreshment. The quick shop had a few nice things, but one of the younger lady staff was unhospitable,it was a shame for such a lovely stop
The restaurant next door is not so good with service
