Booked this hotel for my partners birthday. Checkin was seamless and the staff on arrival were very friendly explaining the resort and giving information. They even managed to get our room ready prior to checkin time. Upon entering the room I advised the receptionist that there was no kettle. He said he would bring one. By the evening still no kettle so I asked the housekeeping lady who said she would get room service to deliver one, despite waiting for a few hours still nothing. Upon making reservation I contacted Valentina Moonesawmy and advised her it was my partners birthday. She advised she would arrange a cake for her which would have been a nice surprise. But guess what no cake arrived, yet another shortfall of service. Hotel was overall nice and clean, they have just finished refurbishing it so we had a small issue with toilet leaking and minibar not being stocked but no big deal. Pity about the staff forgetting that it's the small things that matter and make a guests stay. Not what I expected from hilton!

We are pleased that we met some of your expectations with regards to your room being ready earlier than check-in time and that you found the Hotel overall, nice and clean. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the shortfall in service delivery with regards to the kettle in your room, minibar not being fully stocked and your toilet leaking and the fact that you did not receive your partners Birthday cake, even although it was pre-arranged. We trust that this experience will not affect your decision to stay with us again in the not too distant future. Super hôtel, plage paradisiaque, kayak pour explorer le rivage, l'hôtel méritait un rafraichissement qui est en cours, c'était nécessaire ça devrait être royal après. Emplacement exceptionnel. Chers par contre pour ce que c'est.

De loin le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fait sur l'île ces 3 dernières années. En dehors des prestations haut de gamme fournies par ce type d'hôtel, la grosse valeur ajoutée de l'établissement est, selon nous, le personnel qui a été exceptionnel. Deepa, Stéphanie, Jane, Owen, et les autres ... les enfants nous parlent encore de vous. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.
