Stayed there 2 nights the week before spring break and it was okay. It's more like a 3 star hotel or a 2 star but the staff was friendly and it's located in the middle of many restaurants and bars. They have a gated parking lot on a hill that's about 2 blocks away but at least our car was secure. It also has a casino and Chinese restaurant on site but we didn't go to either one. We're definitely not blown away by breakfast either. The overall quality of the rooms is where I think they can really use some improvement, starting with the beds, pillows and bedsheets.

Great place food is fantastic so is the staff and the music ???? ???? no stars for the rooms as I haven't stayed there and don't know anyone who is however I'm sure if everything else is great I'm assuming the rooms are too ????

We went for the dinner with music and magic show. It was a nice evening,magic was mainly card tricks but a good night out.

Highly recommend! I got a budget room, but overall the experience didn't feel like a budget experience at all. Sure, the budget room is small and doesn't offer a balcony, but the hotel has such fantastic common areas that you really don't need to spend much time in the room! The bed was also super comfortable and no issues with hot water. The pool is wonderful and the grounds are beautifully kept. The restaurant and bar on site by the pool were delicious and convenient; included breakfast with the stay was also great. The staff were all super attentive and willing to help with anything you needed. Super short walk to Coco beach and town area with restaurants. Playa Hermosa and Ocotal are also easily accessible by quick taxi ride. Overall loved our stay at the Palms!
